What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026First quarterly review for Penmaen Software on the Growth tier, prepared by Marcus Bell on 29 Dec 2024. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £40k, 40 licensed users and a term to 24 Jul 2025. It is a review deck, not a contract.
What it is: a customer success QBR deck prepared by Marcus Bell, filed as final. It covers usage, value, support and next actions for the Growth tier account.
Stated terms: "Contracted annual recurring revenue is £40k, with 40 licensed users." The deck says "The current term runs to 24 Jul 2025." It quotes no availability, P1 response time or refresh deadline.
Usage: active users have grown, but questions come from "a small group of regular askers", which is a key-person concern. No tickets were raised in the last 30 days and nothing is outstanding from onboarding.
Not settled: the deck gives no usage counts, no renewal price and no notice period. It is dated 29 Dec 2024, so it is stale against the later renewal date and does not show what happened at or after the July 2025 term end.

Body
Penmaen Software - QBR
Prepared by: Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo Date: 29 Dec 2024 Tier: Growth
Slide 1: Where we are
- Customer since 25 Jul 2024, so this is the first full quarterly review of the account.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue is £40k, with 40 licensed users.
- The current term runs to 24 Jul 2025.
- No overdue invoices.
Slide 2: Usage
- Active users have grown clearly compared with the previous quarter. More of the customer success team now open the brain in a normal week.
- Active use is still well inside the 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of headroom to bring in more of the team.
- I've pulled the numbers by user, and the questions are coming from a small group of regular askers. Spreading that across more people is the main thing to work on next.
Slide 3: Value
- The brain was bought so customer success could read tickets, renewals and usage per leisure operator in one place.
- Operator reviews no longer need three exports stitched together by hand before the meeting.
- The team can see which operators have a renewal coming and how much they have used the product, alongside their ticket history.

Slide 4: Support and issues
- No tickets were raised in the last 30 days and none are open at high priority.
- Nightly refresh has been landing as expected.
- Nothing is outstanding from onboarding.
Slide 5: What we'd like to do next
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Invite the remaining customer success and account team members as users | Penmaen Software customer success lead, with Marcus | Next month |
| Build a saved view of renewals by leisure operator | Marcus | Before the next review |
| Review which dashboards would help operator reviews, using the Growth dashboards builder | Penmaen Software admin, with Marcus | Next quarter |
| Agree who reads the usage report each month | Penmaen Software customer success lead | Next month |
Slide 6: Looking ahead
- Next quarterly review will compare usage with this quarter and look at who is asking questions.
- The term ends on 24 Jul 2025. We will start the renewal conversation well ahead of the notice period, so there are no surprises on either side.
- Happy to jump on a call at any point before then. Shall we book 30 minutes in the new year?
Thanks, Marcus
