What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final quarterly review deck by Elena Novak for an Enterprise account with 150 licensed seats and contract end 30 Apr 2027. Active users average just under forty; three of four recent tickets were high priority. No measured value case yet.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly business review prepared by Elena Novak, dated 7 Oct 2026 and marked "Status: Final." It is a review deck, not a contract.
What it states: the account is Enterprise, "Customer since" 1 May 2026, "Contract end" 30 Apr 2027, with "Contracted annual recurring revenue" of £125k and 150 licensed users. It reports no overdue invoices.
Risks flagged: active use is "a little over a quarter of the licensed seats", and three of four tickets were high priority. The deck says "We do not yet have a measured value case in money terms."
Not settled: the cause and categories of the tickets, response times against the Enterprise level, and who asks the most questions. All are promised in writing later. The deck gives no figures for availability or response times, and the £125k figure is quoted from the deck, not checked against an order form.

Usage and adoption
The brain is now in daily use by field service, key accounts and complaints, who see each hospital's devices, service tickets and contracts in one place.

- Active users over the last thirty days average just under forty. That is a little over a quarter of the licensed seats, so there is a great deal of headroom still to use.
- Active users have nearly doubled compared with the prior quarter. This is the clearest sign that adoption is spreading beyond the first teams.
- I have not yet broken down who asks the most questions. As agreed, I will make sure that this is included in the next review, so we can see whether usage depends on a few people.
Support activity
| Measure | Last thirty days |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | Four |
| Of which high priority | Three |
To confirm, three high-priority tickets out of four is a high share and deserves attention, even though the volume is low. Response times are checked against the Enterprise service level, and I will report the timestamps and categories in writing after this review. This deck does not state a cause for the tickets, because the evidence to hand does not show one.
The Enterprise service levels apply: the stricter availability commitment, the fastest first response for urgent issues, and service credits for both availability and data freshness. The nightly refresh is expected to complete before the working day begins in Germany.
Value so far
- Field service, key accounts and complaints work from one view of each hospital rather than reconciling separate systems by hand.
- The Enterprise features, single sign-on and SCIM, are part of the contract and support managed access across the larger user base.
- The doubling of active users suggests the teams find the brain useful. We do not yet have a measured value case in money terms, and building one is the next step.
Risks and open points
- Seat utilisation. Active use is well below the licensed seats. This is headroom, but at renewal the customer will ask what the full allowance delivers.
- Ticket mix. A high share of urgent tickets needs a review of categories before it becomes a pattern.
- Value evidence. There is no agreed measure yet that shows the brain's worth to Kaltenbrunn Medizintechnik leadership.
