What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final version one proposal dated 16 Feb 2026 for the Enterprise tier. The annual subscription is £125k, billed in advance; the £155k deal amount is the first term including implementation. It is a proposal, not executed paper.
What it is: a proposal prepared by Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, for the Enterprise tier of the company brain, with EU data residency, SSO and SCIM, and an executive sponsor. The text says "The executed order form is what sets price and terms."
Commits: it states the annual price as £125k and the deal amount as £155k, which "includes the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as an annual price." Payment terms are "the standard thirty days" and no discount is applied.
Unusual: no go-live date is given. The text says "We will not commit to any go-live date in this document that our engineering team has not agreed."
Not settled: connector live-by dates, the preferred EU region, the security review timetable and the signatory are not stated. The evidence does not show whether an order form was issued or signed, so this is an open item.

Body
Kaltenbrunn Medizintechnik - Proposal
Prepared for: Kaltenbrunn Medizintechnik, Hamburg Prepared by: Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 16 Feb 2026 Status: Final, version one
1. Context
Kaltenbrunn Medizintechnik makes patient-monitoring equipment for hospitals in Germany, Austria and the Nordics. Today the information about each hospital sits in separate places: the devices you have installed, the service tickets raised against them and the contracts that govern them. Field service, key accounts and complaints each see only part of the picture, and reconciling it by hand takes time and invites mistakes.
You asked for one place where those three teams can ask a question about a hospital and get one answer, with the data held in an EU region.
2. What we propose
BB-Demo proposes the Enterprise tier of the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, helpdesk, contract and finance data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account.

| Area | What you receive |
|---|---|
| Platform | The company brain on the Enterprise tier, company-wide |
| Teams served first | Field service, key accounts and complaints |
| Data residency | Your data held in an EU region |
| Access and identity | Single sign-on and SCIM provisioning |
| Sponsorship | An executive sponsor on the BB-Demo side |
| Support | The Enterprise service level, including the fastest P1 first response we offer |
| Reliability | The higher Enterprise availability commitment, with service credits for both availability and data freshness |
3. Scope of the implementation
The implementation is a fixed-fee, one-off engagement that runs for the standard Enterprise period of twelve weeks. It includes:
- connecting your CRM, helpdesk and contract sources to the brain, with each connector carrying a live-by commitment in the order form;
- support for your security review, so your information security and compliance colleagues can see how the brain is built and where the data sits;
- configuring the first pages, chat and search experiences for field service, key accounts and complaints;
- training for the first group of users and a named BB-Demo contact throughout.
We will not commit to any go-live date in this document that our engineering team has not agreed. Dates will be set out in writing in the order form.
4. Pricing
| Item | Type | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Company brain, Enterprise subscription | Annual, billed in advance | £125k |
| Implementation, Enterprise | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Total deal amount | First term including implementation | £155k |
To be clear about the numbers: the annual price is £125k. The deal amount of £155k is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as an annual price. From the second year onwards the subscription is the annual price only.
No discount is applied in this proposal. Payment terms are the standard thirty days.
5. How we would work with you
- Security review. We answer your questionnaire and walk your security team through the architecture first, so nothing surprises you later.
- Order form. We issue an order form under our Master Services Agreement. The executed order form is what sets price and terms.
- Implementation. We connect sources, validate the data with your teams and agree what "live" means for each connector.
- Adoption. Elena Novak, your Customer Success Manager, owns adoption, the quarterly business reviews and the renewal conversation once you are live.
6. What we need from you
- A named sponsor on your side for the decision and for the security review.
- A technical contact for each source system.
- Confirmation of which EU region you prefer for data residency.
7. Next steps
Matteo Ricci will confirm the order form terms in writing and agree the security review timetable with your team. I would rather you heard about any open point from me directly, so please raise anything you want changed before we move to the order form.
Best regards, Matteo
