Parties
This Master Services Agreement is made between:
- BB-Demo, a data business based in London (the "Supplier"); and
- Ardenmore Pension Administration, of Birmingham (the "Customer").
The Customer's account owner at BB-Demo is Tom Ashdown. Its customer success manager is Marcus Bell.
Background
The Supplier provides the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over the Customer's connected business systems, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account. The Customer wishes to subscribe to the Starter tier for its client-relationship team and to have the Supplier implement it.

Term

The nightly refresh is expected to complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days. Service credits are not payable for data freshness under the Starter tier.
Customer responsibilities
The Customer will give the Supplier timely access to the systems to be connected, nominate a named administrator, and tell the Supplier promptly of any change to a connected system that may affect a connector.
Data protection
The parties' obligations in respect of personal data are set out in the Data Processing Agreement signed on the same date, which forms part of this agreement.
General
This agreement, with the signed Data Processing Agreement, is the whole agreement between the parties for the services described. Any change must be in writing and signed by both parties. English law governs this agreement.
