What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Internal draft by Tom Ashdown, 22 Jun 2026, proposing an Enterprise renewal at £125k a year, 150 users, billed annually in advance on 30-day terms. Not shared with the customer. The term ended 27 Aug 2026; the text states no availability or P1 figure.
What it is: an internal draft renewal proposal, marked "Draft. Not yet shared with the customer." It is an open item, not a contract, and the stored status of draft matches the text.
Commits: nothing binds a party yet. It proposes an annual price of £125k, 150 licensed users and "Annual, in advance, 30-day terms".
Unusual: the move from the current contracted figure of £104k to £125k is explained by the price book and by the end of any first-term discount. The document says "Final figures are to be confirmed before anything goes to Kenmure."
Not settled: whether the two high-priority tickets are closed, why active users dipped, the value case, and whether Premium support and the Sandbox are offered. It does not show whether a final proposal was issued or the renewal agreed, and the 27 Aug 2026 term end is now past.

Body
Kenmure Business Telecom - Renewal Proposal v1
Draft. Not yet shared with the customer. Prepared 22 Jun 2026 by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo.
Purpose
This proposal sets out how BB-Demo would renew Kenmure Business Telecom on the Enterprise tier when the current term ends on 27 Aug 2026. Kenmure has been a customer since 28 Aug 2025.
Where the account stands
- Tier: Enterprise.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue today: £104k.
- Licensed users: 150.
- Invoices: none overdue.
- Support: two tickets in the last thirty days, both high priority.
- Usage: active users are slightly down on the prior quarter, after a much stronger period earlier in the year.
The usage dip is small, but together with two high-priority tickets it means we should not treat this renewal as a formality. The account is healthy on payment, and the aim is to keep it that way.

The annual price of £125k is the Enterprise price under the current price book. Any first-term discount ends at renewal, so the move from the current contracted figure of £104k reflects that as well as the price book. Final figures are to be confirmed before anything goes to Kenmure.
What Kenmure gets
- Company-wide use of the brain across account management, provisioning and the service desk.
- Single sign-on and user provisioning through SSO and SCIM.
- An executive sponsor on the BB-Demo side.
- Enterprise service levels for availability, first response and nightly data freshness, with service credits for both availability and freshness.
Open points
- Confirm the two high-priority tickets are closed and that Kenmure is happy with how they were handled. Marcus Bell to check.
- Understand the dip in active users: which team has slowed, and why.
- Agree a value case built from Kenmure's own measures before the price conversation.
- Decide whether Premium support and the Sandbox should be offered as part of the renewal.
- Confirm the price with finance before it is quoted.
Next steps
- Tom Ashdown and Marcus Bell to compare notes on the tickets and the usage dip this week.
- Get something in the diary with the Kenmure sponsor to talk through the renewal.
- Tom Ashdown to turn this draft into a final proposal once the open points are settled, well ahead of 27 Aug 2026.
No drama, but worth getting right.
