What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final quarterly review of the Enterprise account, prepared by Marcus Bell on 4 Mar 2026. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £104k and a term ending 27 Aug 2026. It reports strong adoption and low ticket volume. It sets no service-level figures.
What it is: a customer QBR deck from BB-Demo's Customer Success Manager, Marcus Bell, filed under the customer's QBRs folder. It is a review, not a contract.
Commits: nothing new. It says Enterprise service levels "apply as set out in the executed order form" and gives no figures. Its next steps assign Marcus a usage summary and Tom Ashdown the renewal conversation.
Unusual: the deck states "Contracted annual recurring revenue: £104k". That is the deck's own figure, not an order form. It is below the v1 Enterprise list price in the brief, so check it against the executed order form.
Not settled: no pound value of time saved, no usage counts ("more than double the prior quarter" only), and no outcome of the renewal conversation. The term end of 27 Aug 2026 has passed as of 9 Oct 2026, and the deck does not show whether renewal happened.

Kenmure Business Telecom - QBR
Quarterly business review, prepared by Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Review date: Wednesday 4 March 2026 Status: Final
Where we are
- Customer since 28 Aug 2025, on the Enterprise tier.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: £104k.
- Licensed users: 150.
- Current term ends 27 Aug 2026.
- Account owner: Tom Ashdown. Customer Success Manager: Marcus Bell.
Kenmure bought the company brain so that account management, provisioning and the service desk can see each business customer's circuits, faults and bills in one place. This review looks at how far that has landed.
Usage
| Measure | Where it stands |
|---|---|
| Active users (30-day average) | More than double the prior quarter |
| Licensed users | 150 |
| Trajectory | Rising steadily since go-live |
The jump in active users is the headline. Far more people across the three teams are now asking the brain questions rather than reconciling systems by hand. There is still plenty of headroom within the 150 licensed users, so no pressure on the allowance.
Value
Read the whole document (2,801 characters)
- Service desk staff now check a customer's circuit, fault history and billing position from one place instead of three.
- Provisioning has started using the brain to confirm what a customer already has before booking new work.
- Account managers are using it to prepare for customer conversations.
We have not put a pound figure on the time saved. That is something to agree with the Kenmure team before the renewal conversation, so the value case rests on their own numbers.
Support and service
- Four tickets raised in the last thirty days.
- None of them high priority.
- No overdue invoices on the account.
The ticket mix is mostly how-to questions from new users, which is what you would expect when adoption is growing quickly. Enterprise service levels for availability, first response and nightly data freshness apply as set out in the executed order form.
What is working
- Strong adoption since the last review.
- Healthy, low-volume support queue.
- Payments on time.
What to watch
- Keep the growth in users broad rather than concentrated in a few heavy askers.
- Make sure each new team has a named person who can answer how-to questions locally.
- Keep the connected systems refreshing cleanly each night as usage rises.
Plan and next steps
- Marcus Bell to share a short usage summary by team with the Kenmure sponsor.
- Agree with Kenmure which measures they want to use to show value internally.
- Run a short training session for the newest users, with the on-site training day available as an add-on if wanted.
- Tom Ashdown to open the renewal conversation well ahead of the term end on 27 Aug 2026.
Happy to jump on a call to walk through any of this.
