Final QBR deck prepared by Daniel Okafor for the Enterprise account. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £120k per the executed order form and a term ending 9 Jan 2027. It records no measured value saving and proposes opening renewal talks early.

What it is: a customer-facing quarterly business review dated Tuesday 24 March 2026, written by the Customer Success Manager. It covers usage, support, commercial position, risks and four proposed actions.

Commits: no new contractual terms. It restates "The contracted annual recurring revenue is £120k, as set by the executed order form" and "The current term runs to 9 Jan 2027". It records two tickets in thirty days, none high priority, and no overdue invoices.

Unusual: it admits "We have not recorded a measured saving in this review", so the value case rests on goodwill. Licensed users are 180, with active users described only as "well below that".

Not settled: usage is not broken down by individual or team, so key-person risk is unchecked. The deck does not give the order form's service-level figures, the renewal price or whether the customer has agreed any action.

Brimscombe Energy - QBR

Quarterly business review | Prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo | Review date: Tuesday 24 March 2026

Account owner: Tom Ashdown | Tier: Enterprise | Status: Final

Purpose of this review

Thank you to everyone at Brimscombe Energy for your time over the past quarter. This deck is a short, honest look at how the company brain is being used, what value it is giving the key-account, collections and complaints teams, what has needed our attention, and what we propose to do together before the renewal.

The aim is to close the loop on the last quarter and agree a small number of actions, not to present everything we could show.

Brimscombe Energy supplies business gas and electricity to SME and corporate sites and is licensed by Ofgem. The brain was bought so that the key-account, collections and complaints teams can see each business customer's sites, contracts, calls and bills together, rather than reconciling them by hand across systems.

Usage this quarter

  • Active users are up on the prior quarter. The direction is the encouraging part: more people are choosing to ask the brain rather than go back to the individual systems.
  • Licensed users stand at 180, and the number of people active in a typical month is well below that. Read as headroom, that is a real opportunity to bring more of the three teams in. Read the other way, it tells us adoption is not yet company-wide.
  • We would like to look with you at which teams the active users sit in. The brain is most valuable when collections and complaints work from the same picture of a customer as key accounts do.

What this does not show: this deck does not break usage down by individual, so we cannot yet say whether a small group is asking most of the questions. That is worth checking together, because a heavy reliance on a few people is a continuity risk if they move on.

Value delivered

The value case for Brimscombe Energy is a single view of each business customer: sites, contracts, calls and bills in one place, queryable in plain language. The questions we would like to test with you are:

  • Are collections colleagues reaching the account history faster before a call?
  • Are complaints handlers seeing the contract and billing context without asking another team?
  • Are key-account managers preparing for customer reviews from the brain rather than from separate exports?

We have not recorded a measured saving in this review, and we would rather agree one with you than assert one. A short set of before-and-after examples from each team would give the renewal conversation something solid to stand on.

Support and service health

MeasureLast thirty days
Tickets raisedTwo
High priority ticketsNone
Overdue invoicesNone

Support has been quiet. Two tickets in the period and none at high priority is consistent with a stable service, though quiet is not the same as satisfied, which is why we would like to hear from the teams directly.

As a reminder, Enterprise carries the strongest service levels in the range: the Enterprise availability commitment, the fastest P1 first response, and service credits that cover both availability and data freshness. The nightly refresh is due to complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days. Nothing in this quarter's tickets points to a breach of any of these.

Commercial position

  • Invoices are being paid on time, with nothing overdue.
  • The contracted annual recurring revenue is £120k, as set by the executed order form.
  • The current term runs to 9 Jan 2027. The renewal notice and conversation sit with the Customer Success team, and we would like to begin that conversation early and informally rather than leave it close to the date.

Risks and watch points

  • Adoption breadth: active use is growing, but a large share of the licence is not yet in regular use.
  • Key people: we would like to confirm who the main champions are in each of the three teams, and who would cover for them.
  • Value evidence: without written examples of time saved or issues resolved faster, the value case rests on goodwill. We would like to fix that.
  • Data currency: as a general practice, we will keep an eye on records indexed and connector health so that the brain does not quietly go stale after a system change on your side.

Opportunities

  • Bring more users from the key-account, collections and complaints teams onto the brain, using the licence already paid for.
  • Review whether any further source systems would make the single customer view more complete.
  • Revisit the Enterprise features that suit your regulated position, including SSO and SCIM, and the executive sponsor arrangement, to make sure you are getting full use of them.
