What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final proposal dated 17 Feb 2025 from Lewis Kerr for the Growth tier: £40k annual subscription, £52k total first-year deal including implementation. No availability or P1 figures are stated. It is a proposal, not executed paper.
What it is: a sales proposal from Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, for the Growth tier. It says "Growth annual subscription | £40k" and "Total deal amount, including the one-off implementation fee | £52k".
Commits: nothing binding. Billing is "invoiced annually in advance on standard payment terms", with quarterly invoicing on request. Service levels are described only as the standard Growth levels, with no figures.
Unusual: the implementation fee is paid once and "does not recur at renewal". The £52k is a first-year commitment, not the recurring figure.
Not settled: the implementation fee amount, connector delivery days, users and connectors, and the signature. The text says an order form would follow, so the executed order form decides contracted price and terms, not this proposal.

Body
Harcastle Environmental - Proposal
Prepared for: Harcastle Environmental, Wakefield Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success contact: Marcus Bell, BG-Demo Date: 17 Feb 2025 Status: Final
Context
Harcastle Environmental collects and recycles commercial waste for about thirty thousand business customers across Yorkshire and the North East. Your account managers look after a large and varied book, and each of those customers leaves a trail in several different places: collection schedules, missed-collection tickets, phone calls and invoices.
At the moment an account manager who wants the full picture of one customer has to visit each of those systems and reconcile them by hand. That takes time, and it means the picture is often out of date by the time a conversation with the customer starts.
This proposal sets out how BG-Demo would give your account managers one place to ask about a customer and see collections, tickets, calls and invoices together.
What you told us you need
Read the whole document (6,356 characters)
- Account managers should see each customer's collections, missed-collection tickets, calls and invoices side by side.
- The answer should come from the data you already hold, not from a new system that someone has to keep fed.
- Several teams should be able to use it, not just one.
- Your data should stay inside an environment you control.
What we propose
We propose the Growth tier of the BG-Demo B-Glass. The brain is one AI-queryable layer over your own systems, built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data does not leave your control.
Scope
| Area | What is included |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth, for several teams working together |
| Sources | The Growth connector allowance, covering your CRM, the helpdesk, the call recorder and the accounting system, plus the systems that hold collection information |
| Users | The Growth user allowance, enough for your account management teams and their leads |
| Features | Pages, chat and search across your connected data, plus the dashboards builder |
| Reviews | Quarterly business reviews led by your customer success manager |
| Implementation | A fixed-fee implementation delivered by BG-Demo, covering connector set-up, first load of your data and training for your account managers |
How your account managers would use it
An account manager preparing for a customer conversation would ask the brain a plain question, for example which collections were missed for a customer recently, whether a ticket is still open, what was said on the last call and whether an invoice is outstanding. The answer draws on all four sources at once, with the underlying records a click away.
The dashboards builder lets your own team put the views they use most on a single page, so a team lead can see the same picture across a whole portfolio.
Pricing
All prices are shown excluding VAT.
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth annual subscription | £40k |
| Total deal amount, including the one-off implementation fee | £52k |
To put a number on it: the annual subscription is £40k and is the recurring figure that would be renewed each year. The total deal amount of £52k is the first-year commitment and includes the one-off, fixed-fee implementation. The implementation fee is paid once and does not recur at renewal.
The subscription is invoiced annually in advance on standard payment terms. Quarterly invoicing is available on request.
Service levels
The Growth tier carries the standard Growth service levels:
- Availability at the standard Growth level.
- First response to priority one issues at the Growth response time.
- Your brain refreshed overnight and ready by the start of the working day on business days.
- Service credits for availability breaches, as set out in the order form.
If Harcastle Environmental needs different service levels, they can be written into the order form and we would price that with you before anything is signed.
Delivery approach
| Phase | What happens | Who is involved |
|---|---|---|
| Kick-off | Confirm sources, access and the questions your account managers most want answered | Lewis Kerr, Marcus Bell, your sponsor and a colleague in IT |
| Connect | Connect each source inside your Snowflake account and check that records are loading | BG-Demo implementation team, a colleague in IT |
| Load and check | First full load of data, checked against records your team knows well | BG-Demo, your account managers |
| Train | Short sessions for account managers and team leads, then the dashboards builder for those who will own views | Marcus Bell, your team leads |
| Go live | Account managers start using the brain day to day, with a first review shortly afterwards | Marcus Bell, your sponsor |
Connectors named in the order form carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days, which we will state clearly in the document you sign.
How we will know it is working
We suggest agreeing a small number of measures at kick-off and looking at them in the first quarterly review:
- How many account managers are asking the brain questions each week.
- Whether preparation time for a customer conversation has come down, in the view of your team leads.
- Whether the connected sources are loading every night without gaps.
The number of questions asked is the clearest sign that the brain is earning its place, so we will track it with you from the first week.
Assumptions
- Your team can give us access to each source system during the connect phase.
- A named sponsor at Harcastle Environmental will make decisions on scope within a reasonable time.
- The number of users and connectors stays within the Growth allowances. If you need more, additional users and connectors are available as add-ons and we would quote them separately.
Next steps
- Review this proposal with your sponsor and finance team.
- Tell Lewis Kerr of any changes to scope, users or sources you would like reflected.
- Lewis will then send over an order form under the BG-Demo master agreement for signature.
- Once signed, Marcus Bell will arrange the kick-off.
If anything here does not match what you had in mind, please say so and we will correct it before you commit to anything.
Kind regards,
Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BG-Demo
