Marchbank Couriers - Master Services Agreement
1. Parties
This Agreement is between:
- BB-Demo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales
- Marchbank Couriers, hereafter "Customer"
2. Services
BB-Demo will provide the Company Brain at the Starter tier, including:
- Access for up to 15 users
- Connections to up to 4 systems
- Search, chat and pages over the Customer's data
- Nightly data refresh
- Email and chat support
Implementation includes configuration, data loading, and training, delivered over 4 weeks.
3. Term
Effective date: 24 November 2023 Expiry date: 23 November 2024
