What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Quarterly business review deck from Daniel Okafor, dated 10 Nov 2024, for a Growth customer whose term ends 27 Dec 2024. It states £43k as contracted annual recurring revenue and a 50-user licence, with about eleven active. It is a 2024 snapshot, not a current position.
What it is: a seven-slide customer-facing QBR prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager. It covers usage, value, service, commercial position and a plan for the next quarter ahead of the renewal.
Commits: it is not a contract and sets no service levels. It restates the term: "The term started on 28 Dec 2023 and ends on 27 Dec 2024."
Unusual: it says "Your licence covers 50 users", which differs from the standard Growth allowance of 40 users. Only the executed order form can confirm which is right.
Not settled: the deck does not show the outcome of the one high-priority ticket, any customer statement of value, or whether the renewal was signed. The renewal proposal is described only as shared by Tom Ashdown.

Body
Pentreath Cold Chain - Quarterly Business Review
Prepared by: Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Date: Sunday 10 November 2024 Tier: Growth
Slide 1: Purpose of today
Thank you for your time. This review covers how the brain is being used, the value it is giving your account managers, anything that has gone wrong, and what we plan together for the coming quarter.
The contract runs to 27 Dec 2024, so we will also touch on how the renewal fits in.
Slide 2: Usage
- The average number of people active in the brain over the last thirty days is just over eleven.
- That is up by about a quarter on the previous quarter, which is a healthy direction.
- Your licence covers 50 users, so only a minority of the available seats are in regular use. That is headroom rather than a problem: more of the account management and contract review teams could be brought in.
Talking point: who are the regular users, and which teams are not yet using it?
Slide 3: Value
You bought Growth so that account managers could see each client's temperature-excursion tickets, orders and contract reviews together, across Avonmouth and the two satellite depots.
Read the whole document (3,007 characters)
- Account managers can ask one question rather than opening three systems before a client conversation.
- Contract reviews can be prepared with the related excursion history already to hand.
- The dashboards builder is available if you want to put a fixed view in front of depot leads.
We would like to hear from you, in your own words, where this has saved time or avoided a surprise. That is the best evidence of value we can take into the renewal conversation.
Slide 4: Service and issues
| Area | Position |
|---|---|
| Tickets in the last thirty days | One |
| High-priority tickets in the last thirty days | One |
| Overdue invoices | None |
There was one high-priority ticket in the last month. We will go through it in the session and confirm that you are happy with how it was handled and what, if anything, is still open. Invoices are all up to date.
Slide 5: Commercial position
- Contracted annual recurring revenue is £43k on the Growth tier.
- The term started on 28 Dec 2023 and ends on 27 Dec 2024.
- A renewal proposal has been shared by Tom Ashdown. Daniel will help with any questions on scope or usage ahead of the order form.
Slide 6: Plan for the next quarter

Slide 7: Questions
How is the team finding it? Anything you would like the brain to do that it does not do today? Daniel will come back to you with answers to anything we cannot settle in the room.
Best wishes, Daniel
