Final proposal dated 12 May 2026 from Tom Ashdown for the Enterprise tier. Annual subscription £125k, total deal value £155k including the one-off implementation fee. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.

What it is: a proposal for a single broker firm view on the Enterprise tier, built inside the Society's own Snowflake account. The stored status is final, but the text makes it an open proposal.

Commits: "The annual subscription price is £125k." The total deal value of £155k is the first-year subscription together with the one-off implementation fee, which does not recur at renewal.

Unusual: the service levels table gives no figures for availability or priority one response, only "the highest of our tiers" and "the fastest of our tiers". The nightly refresh is stated as complete by 07:00 UK time on business days.

Not settled: the implementation fee is not itemised, connectors are not named, and no signature, start date or renewal date is stated. The next step is an order form under the BB-Demo MSA.

Corstorphine Building Society - Proposal

Prepared for: Corstorphine Building Society, Edinburgh Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 12 May 2026 Status: Final, version one

Context

Corstorphine Building Society is a Scottish mutual, regulated by the PRA and the FCA, with branches across Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife. Intermediary distribution and member services both work with mortgage broker firms, but each team sees a different slice of the relationship. One team holds the CRM view, another holds service history, and a third holds the finance and product picture. Building a single view of a broker firm today means reconciling those systems by hand.

This proposal sets out how BB-Demo would give both teams one view of each mortgage broker firm, using the company brain on the Enterprise tier, built and run inside the Society's own Snowflake account.

What we heard

Read the whole document (5,696 characters)
  • Intermediary distribution and member services want to talk about the same broker firm and see the same facts.
  • The Society is regulated, so where the data sits and who can see it matter as much as what the brain can answer.
  • Staff should be able to ask a plain question and get an answer they can trust, rather than waiting for someone to build a report.

What we propose

The company brain is one AI-queryable layer over the Society's CRM, calls, emails, tickets, finance and other business data. It is built and run inside the Society's Snowflake account, so the data stays under the Society's own control.

For this engagement we would focus on the broker firm view:

  • One record per mortgage broker firm, joining what distribution, member services and finance each know.
  • Pages, chat and search so colleagues can ask questions in their own words and see where each answer came from.
  • A dashboards builder for the Society's own teams to track the broker relationships they care about.
  • Connectors to the systems the Society already uses, scoped and confirmed during implementation.

Why Enterprise

The Enterprise tier is designed for company-wide and regulated buyers. It fits the Society for these reasons:

  • Company-wide reach. The user and connector allowances are sized for use across several departments, not a single team.
  • Identity and access. SSO and SCIM let the Society manage access through its existing identity arrangements.
  • Executive sponsor. A named BB-Demo executive sponsor stays close to the programme.
  • Premium support and the Sandbox. Included with Enterprise, so changes can be tried safely before they reach live users.
  • Security review support. Included in the implementation, so the Society's risk and information security colleagues have help with their review.
  • Stronger service levels. The highest availability commitment and the fastest first response for priority one issues, plus service credits that cover both availability and data freshness.

Service levels

AreaEnterprise commitment
AvailabilityThe Enterprise availability level, the highest of our tiers
Priority one first responseThe Enterprise response time, the fastest of our tiers
Nightly refreshComplete by 07:00 UK time on business days
Service creditsAvailability and data freshness

Availability and freshness are different things. A brain can be available but answering on stale data, which is why Enterprise is the tier where freshness is credited as well.

Implementation

Implementation is a fixed-fee engagement of twelve weeks, including security review support. It runs in three phases:

  • Discovery and security review. Confirm the systems in scope, agree the broker firm model with distribution and member services, and support the Society's security review.
  • Build and connect. Connect the agreed sources inside the Society's Snowflake account, load the data and build the first pages and dashboards. Each connector promised in the order form carries a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.
  • Launch and adoption. Train the first groups of users, confirm the nightly refresh is landing as expected and hand over to the customer success team.

After go-live, a customer success manager owns adoption, regular business reviews and the renewal conversation.

Total deal value£155k

The annual subscription price is £125k. The total deal value of £155k is the first-year subscription together with the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price, and the implementation fee does not recur at renewal.

Add-ons such as additional users, additional connectors, dedicated data residency and an on-site training day are available if the Society's needs grow. None are included in the figures above.

Next steps

  • Share this proposal with the colleagues in intermediary distribution, member services, finance and information security who will be involved in the decision.
  • Agree a short session with the Society's security and risk colleagues to walk through the review support that comes with Enterprise.
  • Confirm the systems in scope for the first phase, so the order form can name the connectors precisely.
  • Move to an order form under the BB-Demo MSA once the Society is ready.

Tom Ashdown will confirm any figure or term in this document on request, and is happy to join any internal discussion the Society would find useful.

Best, Tom
