Final proposal from Tom Ashdown for the Growth tier at £44,000 a year. The first-year deal amount is £56,000 including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not an order form, and states no availability or P1 response figures.

What it is: a proposal dated 17 Feb 2025, prepared by Tom Ashdown, for the Growth tier of the company brain. Its stored status is final, but it is an offer and not executed paper.

Commits: it states "The annual price of £44,000 is the recurring subscription" and a first-year deal amount of £56,000 that includes the one-off implementation. Implementation is fixed fee over eight weeks, and Growth allows up to eight connectors.

Unusual: the deal amount must not be read as the annual price, as the document itself warns. Service levels are only referred to as "standard Growth service levels", with no figures.

Not settled: no signature, start date, renewal date, connector delivery dates or payment terms. The order form under the MSA was still to be prepared, so the executed order form decides contracted terms.

Body

Brakkevoort Logistics - Proposal

Prepared for: Brakkevoort Logistics, Rotterdam Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success contact: Natalie Eze, BB-Demo Date: Monday 17 February 2025 Status: Final

Context

Brakkevoort Logistics runs port-linked warehousing and road freight from Rotterdam. Your account managers currently move between the CRM, the call recorder, the helpdesk and shared mailboxes to understand what is happening with each shipper. Exception tickets sit in one place, the conversations behind them in another, and the commercial picture in a third.

You told us you want account managers to see shipper accounts, exception tickets and calls together, without reconciling systems by hand before every customer conversation.

What we propose

The BB-Demo company brain at the Growth tier: one AI-queryable layer over your customer-facing systems, built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control.

The Growth tier is designed for several teams working from the same layer. It includes:

Read the whole document (3,138 characters)
  • pages, chat and search across your connected sources
  • the dashboards builder, so your own teams can build the views they need
  • quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager
  • the Growth user allowance and the Growth connector allowance
  • the standard Growth service levels for availability and priority incident response

Scope

Connected sources

We would connect the systems your account managers use every day: your CRM, your helpdesk, your call recorder and your mailboxes. The Growth tier allows up to eight connectors, which leaves room to add further sources, such as your accounting system, once the first ones are settled.

Implementation

A fixed-fee implementation, delivered over eight weeks, covers connector set-up, the first dashboards and training for your account managers. The implementation fee is one-off and is included in the deal amount below.

Who we work with

We will agree a named sponsor on your side and a small group of account managers who will test the brain on real shipper accounts before wider rollout.

Pricing

ItemBasisAmount
Growth subscriptionAnnual£44,000
ImplementationOne-off, fixed feeIncluded in deal amount
Total deal amountFirst year, subscription plus implementation£56,000

The annual price of £44,000 is the recurring subscription. The deal amount of £56,000 is the total value of the first year including the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as the annual price. Invoices are issued in pounds sterling.

Next steps

  • Review this proposal with your operations and account management leads.
  • Tell us which systems matter most so we can confirm the connector list.
  • Tom will prepare the order form under our Master Services Agreement for your legal team to review.
  • Once signed, Natalie Eze will agree the implementation plan with your sponsor.

If anything here needs changing, Tom Ashdown will confirm any figures in writing before they go into the order form.
