What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Anya Petrova demoed the brain on Kittatinny's data to Alyssa Romano. Growth was quoted at £44k a year plus £12k implementation. Alyssa wants Marc Feldstein, the CFO, on a call before deciding.
What happened: On the 3 Nov 2025 demo, Anya Petrova showed a live query across Salesforce and call data, and explained the nightly refresh and the Snowflake setting. Tom Ashdown hosted and quoted £44k a year for Growth plus £12k implementation, everything up front.
Customer view: Alyssa asked about refresh, team access and timeline, and wants to start mid-January. Anya said that gets them live by the end of March.
Commercial: Forty users are included on Growth and Tom expects them to start with twenty-five. That leaves headroom if more teams join.
Watch: Marc, the CFO, was not on the call and has not yet been walked through the price. Tom promised a proposal that week and an early December call; the record does not show whether either happened.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Tom Ashdown to send the proposal and dates by the end of that week.
- Alyssa Romano to check Marc Feldstein's calendar so a CFO walkthrough can be booked for early December.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The CFO has not seen the price or the demo, so the decision still depends on him.
- A mid-January start puts go-live at the end of March, and the deal could slip further if the CFO call slips.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- A Growth deal at £44,000 a year plus £12,000 implementation, with the proposal still to be issued.
- Starting at twenty-five users against forty included leaves room to add teams later.
Transcript
- Tom AshdownHi Alyssa, thanks for making time. How's your week been?
- Alyssa RomanoGood, yeah. Busy, but good. Looking forward to seeing how this actually works.
- Tom AshdownLovely. So Anya's here, she's one of our solutions engineers. We've built a demo on your payment data, so she'll walk you through the brain and show you a couple of things from our discovery chat.
- Alyssa RomanoPerfect. I'm ready.
- Anya PetrovaHi Alyssa. So the brain is one query interface over Salesforce, Gong, your email, everything. You stop opening four systems to answer one question. I've set up a test environment with your data. Let me share my screen.
- Alyssa RomanoHow does it actually read the call data?
- Anya PetrovaGong transcribes them, we index the transcripts, so they're searchable like text. Let me run a query. I'm asking it to show me all merchant platforms in your Northeast region with a transaction drop over ten percent last month, plus any notes from Salesforce or recent calls about why.
- Tom AshdownAnd there it is in two seconds. Normally someone's opening Salesforce, hunting through email, listening to calls.
- Alyssa RomanoYeah. And how often does it refresh?
- Anya PetrovaEvery night by seven in the morning your time. New calls, new records, new emails, all indexed. And it runs inside your Snowflake account, so nothing leaves your infrastructure.
- Alyssa RomanoWhat about other people on my team? Could they access it?
- Anya PetrovaOn Growth you build dashboards your ops team can view, they see the data updated every morning, no SQL needed. Analysts can query directly if they want.
- Tom AshdownForty users included on Growth. You'd probably start with twenty-five, so you've got headroom if you bring in more teams later.
- Alyssa RomanoAnd the implementation process, how long?
- Anya PetrovaEight weeks for Growth. First week is setup and access, your IT gives us read access. Then we build connectors to Salesforce, Gong, your email. Security review with your team. Last two weeks testing and training your users.
- Tom AshdownAnd we're flexible on timing. You said November through February is mad for you.
- Alyssa RomanoYeah, could we start mid-January?
- Anya PetrovaMid-January gets you live end of March, that works for us.
- Tom AshdownSo the deal is forty-four thousand a year for Growth, plus twelve thousand for implementation. Everything up front.
- Alyssa RomanoRight. I'll need to loop Marc in, he's our CFO. Can we get him on a call?
- Tom AshdownAbsolutely. Let's get something in the diary for early December. I'll send you a proposal this week and we'll walk Marc through it properly.
- Alyssa RomanoSounds good. I'll check his calendar.
- Tom AshdownCheers, Alyssa. I'll follow up by end of week with the proposal and some dates.
