Transcript
- Sophie Ling NoneHi Amanda, thanks for making time. So, to recap where we are: you've seen a demo on your own data, the leadership team is keen to move forward, and today I want to walk you through our formal proposal for Growth and answer any questions.
- Amanda Holt NoneGreat. I'm excited to see it.
- Sophie Ling NoneBrilliant. So the proposal is for our Growth tier, which is designed for multi-team setups like yours. You get forty licensed users, eight connectors to bring in your CRM, helpdesk, email, payroll systems, and anything else that matters. Plus dashboards, you can build visual reports and share them across your schools without touching a spreadsheet.
- Amanda Holt NoneAnd who manages that? Does someone need to be technical?
- Sophie Ling NoneNo, that's the whole point. Any admin or manager can build a dashboard through a drag-and-drop interface. And you get quarterly business reviews with our team to talk about what's working and what you might want to do next.
- Amanda Holt NoneOkay. What's the investment?
- Sophie Ling NoneAll-in, the first year is 56,000. That covers the implementation: we'll set up your connectors, make sure everything is integrated into your Snowflake environment, and train your team, plus your annual subscription. After that, you'd renew at the annual subscription price each year.
- Amanda Holt NoneAnd what does implementation look like?
- Sophie Ling NoneWe'll work with you and your IT team, it takes about eight weeks from signature. We'll connect your systems, load a few months of historical data, and run training sessions with your admin teams and any power users. You won't have to change anything about how you work; the brain sits on top of your existing systems.
- Amanda Holt NoneEight weeks is fine. Would we have a dedicated point of contact?
- Sophie Ling NoneYou'll have an implementation consultant who owns the project and a Customer Success Manager who'll be your main contact once we go live. They'll do a check-in every quarter and be there if you need anything.
- Amanda Holt NoneThat sounds good. What happens next?
- Sophie Ling NoneI'll send you the full proposal document. Have a look, chat with your CFO and anyone else who needs to sign off, and let me know if you have questions. I'd be aiming for a signature by 11 Jul 2025 so we can kick off implementation in the autumn term.
- Amanda Holt NoneYeah, that makes sense. The autumn term start is important.
- Sophie Ling NoneExactly. If we sign by mid-July, we'll be live well before September. I'll send the paperwork over today and we can talk at the end of next week if you have questions.
- Amanda Holt NonePerfect. Thanks, Sophie.
- Sophie Ling NoneCheers, Amanda.
