What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Layla Mansour and Khalid Al Mansoori described manual reconciliation across four clinics. Sophie Ling positioned Enterprise at £30k implementation and £125k a year. Khalid said the timing works and agreed to proceed.
What happened: Sophie Ling ran discovery on 3 Sep 2026 with the Head of Patient Relations and the COO. They described patient, referral and insurer claim data spread across disconnected systems and spreadsheets in four clinics.
Customer view: Khalid said 150 users is plenty and that the timing works, adding "Let's do it." Layla called the idea promising.
Commercial: Sophie quoted Enterprise at £30k over twelve weeks plus £125k a year, with 99.9% availability and Premium support. Khalid computed the first year as one hundred and fifty-five all-in.
Watch: A security questionnaire and review come before a proposal, and the evidence does not show a proposal or a signed order form. Signing was floated for early in the new year.

Transcript
- Sophie LingGood morning, Layla and Khalid. Thanks for making the time. Can you both hear me okay?
- Layla MansourYes, we can hear you fine.
- Khalid Al MansooriGood morning.
- Sophie LingGreat. So we've got about 40 minutes. I want to understand more about your patient relations and billing operations, and then talk through how the brain could help. Sound fair?
- Layla MansourYes, that's helpful. Our biggest challenge right now is coordinating patient information across our clinics and the billing systems.
- Sophie LingOkay. So you've got multiple clinics, Dubai and Sharjah, is that right?
- Khalid Al MansooriCorrect. Four clinics total. We're managing patient records, referrals, and insurer claims across all of them, and there's a lot of manual reconciliation happening.
- Layla MansourEspecially on the patient side. We have patient intake at each clinic, but there's no unified view of who's been where, what treatments they've had, which insurers they're with.
- Sophie LingAnd on the billing side, Khalid?
- Khalid Al MansooriWe submit claims to insurers, and tracking the status across all four clinics is messy. We use a few different systems, and none of them talk to each other.
- Sophie LingWhat systems are we talking about?
- Layla MansourWe've got a medical records system, a billing platform, and, Khalid, what's the name of our HR system?
- Khalid Al MansooriWe're on a custom platform for some of it, plus spreadsheets. It's not ideal, but it works for now.
- Sophie LingRight. So the brain would sit on top of all of that. You'd connect your medical records, your billing system, maybe email and call recordings, and then anyone on your patient relations or billing team can ask questions across all of it.
- Layla MansourSo we could search, like, all outstanding claims for a patient?
- Sophie LingExactly. One question, one answer, across all your data.
- Khalid Al MansooriHow many people could actually use this? We have staff across four clinics, plus billing and administration.
- Sophie LingEnterprise, which I think is right for you at this scale, is one hundred and fifty users. And you can add more connectors, up to twenty. So as you bring in more systems later, you have room to grow.
- Khalid Al MansooriOne hundred and fifty is plenty. And what's the implementation like?
- Sophie LingFor Enterprise, it's a thirty-thousand-pound implementation over twelve weeks. We do a full security review, important given your patient data, and we handle all the integration and training.
- Khalid Al MansooriAnd the annual fee?
- Sophie LingOne hundred and twenty-five thousand a year. That includes a dedicated executive sponsor and quarterly business reviews.
- Khalid Al MansooriSo the first year is, let me do the maths, one hundred and fifty-five all-in?
- Sophie LingCorrect. And you'd get 99.9 per cent availability, plus Premium support.
- Layla MansourThis sounds promising. What's the next step?
- Sophie LingI'll send over a security questionnaire that Theo, our solutions engineer, will walk through with you. Given the sensitive nature of patient data, we want to be thorough. And then we move to a proposal.
- Khalid Al MansooriHow long does the security review usually take?
- Sophie LingA few weeks working in parallel with you. And if we start now, we could have something ready to sign by early in the new year.
- Khalid Al MansooriThat timing works. Let's do it.
- Sophie LingGreat. I'll send the questionnaire tomorrow and we'll get Theo on the calendar with you. Thanks both.
