What happened: Sophie Ling and Theo Gallagher demonstrated the brain on sample broker data to Karl Tennison on 18 Sep 2026. Karl was the only customer attendee.
Customer view: Karl said the single-view search is the workflow he needs because he currently jumps between systems. He asked how the brain recognises a claims issue and had no technical questions.
Commercial: Sophie scoped Starter with 15 users, four connectors and about four weeks of implementation. A proposal with Starter pricing was promised by end of week.
Watch: No price was quoted on this call, and the evidence does not show who else at Kirkhope signs.

Transcript
- Sophie LingKarl, can you hear me?
- Karl TennisonYes, loud and clear.
- Sophie LingGreat. I've got Theo here, he's also a Solutions Engineer. We're going to show you how the brain works with broker data.
- Theo GallagherHi Karl. So what I'm going to do is walk you through a couple of real scenarios. We've loaded in sample broker relationship data, CRM notes, policy records, call transcripts, and you'll see how you ask a question and get answers from all those sources at once.
- Karl TennisonGood, yeah. Show me what you've got.
- Theo GallagherI'm sharing my screen now. So let's say a broker calls asking about cover under a particular policy. I search the brain for that broker and that policy. It brings back call transcripts where that's been discussed, the CRM notes with the history, the policy details themselves. Everything ranked by relevance.
- Karl TennisonRight. So I can see the call and the notes and the policy all in one place?
- Theo GallagherExactly. Click on any result and you drill in. So if I click this call transcript, I see the full conversation, the timestamp, I can even listen to the recording. The brain's pulling that all together from your different systems.
- Karl TennisonThat's, yeah, that's the workflow we need. Right now I'm jumping between systems.
- Theo GallagherAnd here's the other powerful thing. I can search for questions like, show me all interactions with this broker in the last three months where a claims issue came up. The brain parses all your data and brings back only the relevant bits.
- Karl TennisonHow does it know what's a claims issue?
- Theo GallagherIt learns from your data and your language. As your team uses it and gives feedback, it gets smarter. But even on day one, it's pulling based on keywords and context from your systems.
- Sophie LingSo the setup. You'd have Starter tier: that includes your main systems, call recordings, CRM, whatever you need. One team, up to fifteen users. You'd get our standard security review too.
- Karl TennisonFifteen users would cover my whole team and then some.
- Theo GallagherRight. And we include four connectors: so your CRM, call system, underwriting system, and one more. If you need more later, we can add them.
- Karl TennisonHow long's the implementation?
- Sophie LingFor Starter, about four weeks. We handle the technical side. You give us access to your systems and help us understand what matters most to your team.
- Karl TennisonAnd you train us?
- Theo GallagherAbsolutely. We work with you throughout. By the time you go live, your team's comfortable asking questions.
- Karl TennisonThis feels pretty straightforward.
- Sophie LingIt is. Once it's live, your team just starts asking questions. The brain handles the rest. Any technical questions?
- Karl TennisonNot really. What's the next step?
- Sophie LingI'll put together a proposal with Starter pricing and scope. And then we can discuss if everything makes sense and get you an order form.
- Karl TennisonWhen would that be?
- Sophie LingI can have that to you by end of week. Then we'll catch up again and see if you want to move forward.
- Karl TennisonSounds good. Thanks Sophie, thanks Theo.
- Theo GallagherThanks, Karl. Speak soon.
