Transcript
- Owen TallisRight, everyone. Owen here from BG-Demo. Where are we on this deal?
- Jeff HollanderWe're ready to move forward, but we want to make sure we've got the right terms.
- Owen TallisWhat's on your mind?
- Melinda OchoaThe all-in is £28,000: we wanted to confirm that's implementation plus year one, and year two is the subscription at £22,000.
- Owen TallisThat's exactly right. £6,000 implementation, £22,000 year one. So £28,000 to get you live and through your first year.
- Jeff HollanderAnd if we wanted to expand, add more users or connectors, how would that work?
- Owen TallisStarter comes with 15 users and four connectors. You can add additional users in increments of ten, or additional connectors in fives. Those are add-ons we'd discuss if you need them.
- Kayla RamirezWhat about the renewal? When does that come up?
- Owen TallisYou'd renew in twelve months, so mid-June next year. We'll start talking to you about that in April.
- Jeff HollanderDoes the renewal lock in the price for another year, or could it go up?
- Owen TallisAt renewal, you'd get the current market price. So right now that's £22,000, but if pricing changes, that's what you'd pay.
- Melinda OchoaOkay. And what about early termination or if we need to cancel?
- Owen TallisYou're locked in for the first year, so through mid-June 2027. After that, you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Jeff HollanderThat's fair. I think we're ready. Can you send the final order form?
- Owen TallisI'll send it today. Once you sign and return it, Hamza, our implementation lead, will be in touch to kick off.
- Kayla RamirezHow long do we have to sign?
- Owen TallisWhat's the next dated step? When do you want to be live?
- Kayla RamirezIdeally by end of June.
- Owen TallisSo we'd need this signed by mid-June. If you can get it back by early June, that'd be great, gives us time to start the four-week implementation clock.
- Jeff HollanderWe can do early June.
- Owen TallisPerfect. I'll get the order form to you by tomorrow, and we'll get this over the finish line.
- Kayla RamirezThanks, Owen.
- Owen TallisCheers.
