What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Proposal call on 12 May 2026. The CFO queried the £28k all-in cost and the four-week timeline, then said he was comfortable and agreed to move forward. Order form to follow.
What happened: Jordan Pike walked Kayla Ramirez and Jeff Hollander through the Starter proposal. Jeff asked about the all-in cost, year two, support and the timeline.
Customer view: Jeff was the one with questions and the one who signed off verbally. Kayla said they were ready, then confirmed Jeff was comfortable.
Commercial: The figures quoted were £6,000 implementation and £22k for year one, £28k in total, with year two at £22k. This is a proposal, so the order form is still an open item and nothing on this call is executed.
Watch: The go-live target depends on signing. Jordan said mid-June was the aim but it hinges on the signature date.

Transcript
- Jordan PikeHey both, thanks for circling back. Hope you had a chance to look at the proposal I sent?
- Kayla RamirezYep, I reviewed it.
- Jordan PikeCool. And Jeff?
- Jeff HollanderI looked it over. I've got a few questions on the implementation timeline and the annual cost.
- Jordan PikeFire away.
- Jeff HollanderSo the all-in number is £28,000, that's implementation plus year one, yeah?
- Jordan PikeCorrect. £6,000 implementation, £22,000 for year one subscription. So £28,000 total to get you live and running.
- Jeff HollanderAnd year two?
- Jordan PikeYear two is just the subscription, £22,000. No implementation fee after you're up.
- Kayla RamirezThe four-week timeline, is that pretty locked in?
- Jordan PikeIt's the standard for Starter. It can slip a few days if we're waiting on your side for access or data, but yeah, four weeks is what we commit to.
- Kayla RamirezOkay. And who would be the person managing it from your side?
- Jordan PikeThat'd be Hamza, our Implementation Consultant. He'll own the timeline and coordinate everything with you and Hector.
- Jeff HollanderWhat happens if something goes wrong? Like, what's your support like?
- Jordan PikeFor Starter, you get four-hour first response, nightly data refresh, and 99.5% availability. We've also got a CSM assigned, that's Hollie, who'll be your main point for adoption and check-ins.
- Kayla RamirezSounds good. So what's the next step?
- Jordan PikeI'll send you a formal order form. You review it, get it signed, send it back. Once I have that, Hamza kicks off the implementation, probably by end of May if we move quick.
- Jeff HollanderAnd we'd be live by mid-June?
- Jordan PikeThat's the plan. If we close by mid-May, you're live by end of June. We're shooting for mid-June, but it depends on when you sign.
- Kayla RamirezI think we're ready. Let me just make sure Jeff's comfortable and we'll get the order form back to you.
- Jeff HollanderYeah, I'm comfortable. Let's move forward.
- Jordan PikeBrilliant. I'll send the order form over today. You can get that back to me by early next week, and we're off to the races.
- Kayla RamirezThanks, Jordan.
- Jordan PikeThanks, both. Talk soon.
