What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Onboarding check-in on 19 Mar 2026. Salesforce is sorted, but accounting and call recorder credentials are still pending. Real data is not flowing, so users cannot yet see value. Training is pencilled for early to mid-April.
What happened: Hamza Akhtar checked connector progress with Angela Kowalski and Brittany Hayes. Salesforce credentials are in and Hamza will build that connector this week, while accounting and the call recorder wait on third parties.
Customer view: Angela said a couple of customer service reps have logged in, but without real data it is hard to show value at this stage. The customer is waiting on vendors, not raising a complaint.
Commercial: The 40 users are the included Growth number, and adoption depends on real data arriving. The late April go-live is the date to protect.
Watch: The call recorder vendor is slow to respond and Angela offered to chase them. Any slip pushes training and go-live back.

- Hamza Akhtar NoneHi folks. Hamza here, just a quick check-in on where we are with the connectors.
- Brittany Hayes NoneHi Hamza. Yeah, we've made some progress. Got the Salesforce one sorted, and we're waiting on finance for the accounting system.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneOkay, good. Salesforce credentials are in? And accounting, have they said when they'll come back?
- Brittany Hayes NoneHopefully by end of week. The call recorder vendor's been a bit slow to respond, so that's still pending too.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneRight. I'll go ahead and build the Salesforce connector, usually takes me three or four days. While I'm doing that, can you chase the call recorder vendor? Sometimes they need a bit of a push.
- Angela Kowalski NoneI can make a call if that helps. Who should I reach out to?
- Brittany Hayes NoneI'll send you the contact. They're usually pretty good once you get them on the phone.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneBrilliant. Angela, if you can nudge them, that'd be really helpful. The quicker we get those credentials, the quicker I can have something for you to test. How's your team getting on?
- Angela Kowalski NoneA couple of our customer service reps have logged in and had a play around. They're finding their way, but we haven't got the real data flowing yet, so it's hard to show value at this stage.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneYeah, that makes sense. Once the connectors are live and we've got your real data in there, they'll see the power of it pretty quickly. That's when the 40 users can really get on board.
- Brittany Hayes NoneIs there anything we should be doing in the meantime?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneJust keep pushing on those system credentials. I'll get Salesforce built this week. Once accounting and the call recorder are in, I can move fast on those two. Then we'll be in a place to do a proper test and validation before training.
- Angela Kowalski NoneWhen do you think training would be?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneIf we get everything in by end of next week, I'd be looking at early to mid-April for training. Still aiming for that late April go-live we talked about.
- Brittany Hayes NoneOkay, we'll keep the pressure on those vendors.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneI'll have the Salesforce connector ready by early next week, I'll send you a report with what's synced, any issues, and what I need you to check.
- Angela Kowalski NoneWill do. Anyone on your side we need to talk to about the call recorder side of things?
- Hamza Akhtar NoneNot really, I can handle it once you've got the access. If there are any technical blockers on their end, I can troubleshoot, but usually it's just a case of flipping a switch in their system.
- Brittany Hayes NoneGood to know. I'll send you the vendor contact today.
- Hamza Akhtar NonePerfect. Anything else before I let you go?
- Angela Kowalski NoneI don't think so. We'll chase those vendors and get back to you.
- Hamza Akhtar NoneBrilliant. I'll send that Salesforce report early next week. Cheers, all.
