Kickoff on 27 Feb 2026 for Tilden Marsh Logistics' Growth implementation: an eight-week plan to go live, Brittany Hayes as access contact, and Angela Kowalski asking early about adding users or connectors.

What happened: Marcus Bell and Hamza Akhtar walked Angela Kowalski through an eight-week plan: access, connector testing, index build, training, then go-live in week eight. Angela named Brittany Hayes as the person for access and security.

Customer view: Angela was engaged and practical. She asked how much of Brittany's time was needed, who should be in the core training group, and what happens after go-live.

Commercial: She asked what happens if the company needs more users or connectors during the year. Marcus said 40 users and 8 connectors are included and deferred sizing to the quarterly business reviews.

Watch: Access and data sign-off depend on one analyst, Brittany. Angela also owes a core user list and Brittany's email.

Right, Angela. Welcome officially to BG-Demo. This is the kickoff for your implementation. I'm Marcus Bell, your Customer Success Manager, I'll be working with you for the long term, making sure you're getting value and hitting your goals. Hamza Akhtar is the implementation consultant who'll own the technical side over the next eight weeks. Let me pull up the timeline and walk through what we're planning.
  2. Hamza Akhtar

Hi Angela. Great to be working with you. So the goal is to get you live within eight weeks. We've got four main work streams: connector setup, data validation, user onboarding, and training. Let me walk through the timeline.
  3. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
So week one, starting this week, that's us getting access to your systems. Hamza will need credentials for Salesforce, Xero, the call recorder, and your TMS. Angela, who's the right person to coordinate that on your side?
  4. Angela Kowalski
    Angela Kowalski
That would be Brittany Hayes, our business systems analyst. She handles access and security on our side.
  5. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Perfect. I'll reach out to Brittany directly. Can you send me her email?
  6. Angela Kowalski
    Angela Kowalski
Yeah, I'll get that to you after the call.
  7. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
Great. So by end of week one, Hamza has access and is pulling sample data. Weeks two and three, we're testing the connectors: making sure Salesforce data flows cleanly, Xero data, call recordings. We'll discover any mapping issues or data quality issues. Angela, you'll want someone from your side, probably Brittany, to review that sample data and sign off that it looks right.
  8. Angela Kowalski
    Angela Kowalski
How much of Brittany's time is that going to take?
  9. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
In weeks two and three, maybe a couple of hours each week, she reviews what we've pulled, confirms it's correct. Weeks four through six, we're building out the full index: so all your Salesforce records, all call recordings, all Xero transactions. That's mostly on us. By week six, you should have a full brain running on your data, and your team can start querying it in a test environment.
  10. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
Weeks six and seven, we're training the team. You've got forty licensed users. I'd suggest we start with a core group, maybe five to ten people who are most interested, and we do a hands-on training session. Then we'll do a broader group session for the other users. Hamza, you'll lead the technical walk-through, I'll talk about the value and how to ask good questions.
  11. Angela Kowalski
    Angela Kowalski
Who should be in that core group? Do you have a sense of who's going to be most engaged?
  12. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
You'd know better than me, but typically it's the people who most felt the pain. The people who were manually pulling together information and spending the most time on it. Think about your customer service and ops teams, who complained loudest about needing data from multiple places?
  13. Angela Kowalski
    Angela Kowalski
Okay, I can identify those people and get you a list.
  14. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Perfect. And between the demo you saw and the training, your power users, Brittany, the core group, will be pretty comfortable. The other thirty-some users can come on more gradually, and they can learn from the power users.
  15. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
Then week eight is go-live. We flip the switch from the test environment to production. The brain is live on your full data set. We'll be available for support that first week, helping with any hiccups, answering questions.
  16. Angela Kowalski
    Angela Kowalski
What happens after week eight? What's ongoing?
  17. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
So you're on Growth, which includes quarterly business reviews with me. We'll meet every three months to look at usage: how many people are using it, what questions they're asking, any blockers they're hitting. We'll also do a nightly refresh of your data, so every morning by seven a.m., your data is up to date. And if you hit any issues or need help, we're on Slack or you can email us. Response time is one business hour for issues.
  18. Angela Kowalski
    Angela Kowalski
What if we need to add more users or connectors during the year?
  19. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
You've got forty users and eight connectors included. If you want more, we can add them. But we can discuss that at the QBRs, see what makes sense. Happy to jump on a call anytime to size that.
  20. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Okay, so from my side, I've pulled the timeline. Is week one starting tomorrow, or do you need a few days to get Brittany organised?
  21. Angela Kowalski
    Angela Kowalski
Let me chat to her first thing tomorrow. I'd say Monday we're ready.
  22. Hamza Akhtar
    Hamza Akhtar
Perfect. I'll send Brittany a welcome email tomorrow with what I need and the timeline. We'll get rolling.
  23. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
Great. So shall we book a check-in call for end of week two? That's when Hamza will have initial findings on the connector testing, and you can ask any questions.
  24. Angela Kowalski
    Angela Kowalski
Yeah, that makes sense. I'll put it in the diary.
  25. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
Brilliant. I'm excited to see you live. Any other questions from you before we wrap?
  26. Angela Kowalski
    Angela Kowalski
I think that covers it. Thanks, Marcus, Hamza. Looking forward to it.
  27. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
Thanks, Angela. Looking forward to getting you live. Speak soon.
