What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Onboarding call with Tarnbeck: the Salesforce credentials do not yet exist and finance has queried an invoice marked overdue. Callie Brennan cannot proceed with the connectors until both are cleared.
What happened: Onboarding call held on 6 Mar 2025 with Rachael Dixon and Abbie Gaskarth. Abbie was unsure the Salesforce admin login and API token had been created.
Blocker: Callie Brennan said she cannot proceed without the credentials in writing. She also needs the call-recorder webhook endpoint.
Commercial: Rachael said finance saw an invoice marked overdue. Callie explained the six thousand pound implementation fee is separate from the £20k annual subscription, and she will not move on the connectors until it is resolved.
Watch: The evidence does not show which invoice was queried or whether it was cleared. The first refresh was pencilled for the following week.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Callie Brennan to send the credential checklist within the hour.
- Abbie Gaskarth to gather the Salesforce admin login, API token and webhook endpoint.
- Rachael Dixon to have Jean from finance contact Callie about the invoice so the refresh date can be fixed.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The Salesforce admin login and API token may not exist yet, which holds up the connectors and first refresh.
- An invoice marked overdue has prompted a finance query and blocks connector work until resolved.
- The finance contact did not know what the implementation charge was for, so the fee was not clearly explained.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Rachael Dixon says the team is keen to get moving.
- Once data lands, Callie plans an afternoon on adding questions and managing users, which can build early adoption.
Transcript
- Callie BrennanHi Rachael, Abbie, thanks so much for making time. Can you both hear me clearly? Yeah, great. So just to run through what we've got on for the next hour, I want to check in on where we are with the Salesforce connector and the call-recorder link, and then I need to walk through what I need from your side before we switch on the refresh. Sound okay?
- Rachael DixonThat sounds good. We're keen to get moving, to be honest.
- Callie BrennanBrilliant. Abbie, I've got down that you're our admin contact here. Is that right?
- Abbie GaskarthYes, that's me. I've been getting up to speed on our systems.
- Callie BrennanPerfect. So, Abbie, the thing I really need from you is the access credentials for Salesforce. We need the admin account username and the API token. Do you have those handy?
- Abbie GaskarthUm, actually, I'm not sure we've created that yet. I thought, I thought it was going to come through separately?
- Callie BrennanRight, okay. So that's something I'll need from you before we can move forward. What I'll do is, I'll send over a checklist this afternoon with exactly what we need. The API token, the admin login, and for the call recorder, we'll need the webhook endpoint. That maps cleanly to what we've got on our side. But I can't, I can't proceed without those credentials in writing. Does that make sense?
- Abbie GaskarthYes, makes sense. I'll get that sorted.
- Rachael DixonCallie, I should mention, we've had a question come through from our finance team about an invoice. They're saying something's marked as overdue?
- Callie BrennanOh, okay. Can you tell me which one? We should have sent the implementation invoice when you went live at the start of the year.
- Rachael DixonI'm not entirely sure. I'll check with Jean and come back to you, but Jean did want to understand what that charge was for.
- Callie BrennanYeah, absolutely. So that's the implementation fee: six thousand pounds: which covers four weeks of us setting up your connectors, running the initial data load, and leaving you with a clean setup note so you can maintain it yourself. That's separate from your annual subscription, which is £19,500. But let's, let's get that cleared up on the billing side, because I can't move forward with the connectors until that's resolved. Can you get someone from finance on this thread?
- Rachael DixonI'll make sure Jean gets in touch.
- Callie BrennanPerfect. So in parallel: while you're sorting that: what I'll do is send you the credential checklist, and then once I have those in and the invoice is cleared, we can fix a date for the first refresh. I'm looking at next week, week of the 10th, does that work for you both?
- Abbie GaskarthThat should be fine.
- Rachael DixonWorks for us.
- Callie BrennanGreat. So just to close the loop: you'll get the checklist from me within the hour, Abbie will gather those credentials, Rachael will have Jean sort the invoice, and we'll follow up in the second week of March to lock in the refresh date. And then once that data lands, I'll spend an afternoon with you walking through how to add questions to the brain and how to manage users. Does that sound right?
- Rachael DixonSounds good.
- Callie BrennanExcellent. Thanks both. I'll send that checklist over now. Thanks, Callie.
