What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Callie Brennan confirmed three connectors tested clean and the nightly refresh starting the next day. Rachael Dixon and Abbie Gaskarth said they were ready. Nothing on price or renewal came up.
What happened: Callie confirmed all three connectors were tested clean and the nightly refresh would start the day after the 13 Feb 2025 call. First data was due by 07:00 the morning after go-live.
Customer view: Rachael and Abbie said they were ready, and asked how to reach the data and train the team. Abbie also asked what happens if a refresh fails.
Commercial: Price and renewal were not discussed. Value starts when the team uses the brain, so training is the next adoption step.
Watch: Abbie is the only admin named on the call. The evidence does not show a training date or who else will own refresh failures.

Transcript
- Callie BrennanHi Abbie, Rachael, thanks for joining. So this is a quick check-in. I wanted to make sure we're still on track for go-live and that you're ready.
- Abbie GaskarthWe're good. I got the call recorder creds sorted.
- Callie BrennanBrilliant. I've got all three connectors tested. Salesforce, calls and emails. All clean. The refresh is configured to run nightly, starting tomorrow.
- Rachael DixonSo we're live tomorrow?
- Callie BrennanYou're live tomorrow, yes. Your Snowflake account will get the first refresh overnight. By 07:00 on Friday morning, you'll have data in there.
- Abbie GaskarthHow do we access it?
- Callie BrennanYou log into Snowflake as normal. The brain sits in a schema called BB_DEMO. There's a page in there: you'll see the data, you can run searches, ask questions.
- Rachael DixonAnd we can train the team up from there?
- Callie BrennanThat's the idea, yeah. I'm sending you the setup note today. That's got everything: how to log in, what each connector does, what happens if something breaks. Keep that somewhere safe.
- Abbie GaskarthWhat if something goes wrong with the refresh?
- Callie BrennanThere's a status page in your Snowflake account. It'll tell you if anything failed. Most of the time it'll be fine. If it's not, log a ticket and Daniel will sort it.
- Rachael DixonWhen will Daniel get in touch?
- Callie BrennanDaniel will do a check-in call next week, just to see how the first refresh went and answer any questions. That's your monthly touchpoint from a customer success angle.
- Abbie GaskarthSounds good.
- Callie BrennanAnything else you need from me before go-live?
- Rachael DixonI don't think so. We're ready.
- Callie BrennanPerfect. The setup note goes out today. You'll be live tomorrow. And just to recap: nightly refresh by 07:00 UK time on business days. Any issues, message Daniel. He's your point of contact.
- Abbie GaskarthThanks, Callie.
- Rachael DixonThanks. Speak soon.
- Callie BrennanCheers. Good luck with the first refresh.
