What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Callie Brennan walked Rachael Dixon and Abbie Gaskarth through connectors, mappings and the launch plan on 7 Feb 2025. Abbie sends credentials on Monday; Daniel Okafor runs the launch call and six-monthly check-ins.
What happened: Callie set out the Salesforce, call recorder and email connectors and the nightly refresh. Abbie has the credentials ready and agreed to send them on Monday.
Customer view: Rachael named Abbie as the key technical person and confirmed the sequence of credentials, mappings, review and refresh. Her questions were practical, with no concern about value or price.
Watch: Abbie is the single hands-on contact, and the first refresh depends on her credentials and sign-off on the mappings. Callie also spoke of going live in early February and a first refresh at the end of January, which does not fit a call held on 7 Feb 2025.
Commercial: Daniel's six-monthly check-in is the safety net if a Salesforce change breaks a connector. Abbie's custom field question shows where staleness could start.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Abbie Gaskarth sends the credentials to Callie Brennan on Monday.
- Callie sends the setup note with the field mappings by the end of the following week for Abbie to review.
- Daniel Okafor runs the launch call once the nightly refresh is on.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Abbie is the only hands-on technical contact, so the go-live depends on one person.
- Go-live dates stated on the call do not fit the 7 Feb 2025 call date, so the timeline may slip.
- With check-ins only every six months, a Salesforce change could leave a connector stale until someone reports it.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The launch call with Rachael and others from the business can widen who asks the brain questions.
- Early check-ins by Daniel can build the value case ahead of the first renewal.
Transcript
- Callie BrennanHi everyone, thanks for joining. Rachael, Abbie, great to connect. So the plan for this hour is to walk through the connectors we'll be setting up, confirm the field mappings, and make sure we're clear on what each of you needs to do before the first refresh.
- Daniel OkaforGood to be here. Just to introduce myself properly, I'm Daniel, the customer success manager. I'll be your main point of contact once go-live happens. Today Callie's going to walk you through the implementation, and then we'll set up regular check-ins.
- Rachael DixonThanks, Daniel. Abbie's the one who'll be hands-on with the technical side, so she's the key person for you.
- Abbie GaskarthYeah, that's right. I've got the access credentials ready, Salesforce, the call recorder, and our email system. When do you need those?
- Callie BrennanPerfect, that's exactly what I need from your side. Before we switch on the refresh, I need the credentials written down and sent to me: doesn't need to be right now, but ideally by next week so I can build out the mappings and test them. The key thing is we need them before the first refresh so we don't have partial data.
- Abbie GaskarthI can get those over to you by, what, Monday? Will that work?
- Callie BrennanMonday's perfect. So here's how this flows: I'll build the Salesforce mapping: that's your leads, accounts, opportunities, and map the phone calls to your contact records. That maps cleanly because you've got unique identifiers. Then email: we'll connect your Google Workspace account and pull in outbound emails from your team.
- Rachael DixonAnd all of that goes into Snowflake so the brain can query it?
- Callie BrennanExactly. Every night, we'll refresh these connectors, and new records flow into Snowflake. Your team asks the brain questions against that data. By early February, we should be ready to go live, which means we're looking at end of January for the first refresh to land clean.
- Abbie GaskarthSo I need to review the mappings before the refresh, is that right?
- Callie BrennanThat's it. I'll send you a setup note that shows what each field maps to, you review it, flag anything that doesn't look right, and we'll iterate. Once you're happy, we switch on the nightly refresh. That's when the brain starts ingesting data.
- Daniel OkaforAnd then I'll run the launch call with your team, Rachael, and whoever else from the business should be there, just to walk through how to ask questions and where to find things in the brain. That's usually an hour.
- Rachael DixonOkay. And then you check in with us every six months?
- Daniel OkaforThat's right. Just to make sure things are working, usage is healthy, and we're spotting any issues early, like if a connector drops or the data goes stale. Happens sometimes when a system changes on your end.
- Abbie GaskarthSo what if we change something in Salesforce? Like a custom field?
- Callie BrennanGood question. If you add a new field or change a field name, just give us a heads-up, you can reach out to support or mention it in a check-in with Daniel. We can usually add it to the next refresh without drama. The brain will start pulling in that new data from that point on.
- Rachael DixonOkay, that's clear. So the timeline is: Abbie sends credentials Monday, you build the mappings, we review and approve, then the refresh switches on?
- Callie BrennanExactly right. I'll have the mappings ready for you to review by end of next week. We'll iterate any changes quickly, and if everything's good, refresh goes live in early February. Then Daniel runs the launch training, and you're off to the races.
- Daniel OkaforAnd you'll have my number and email, anything comes up between check-ins, just get in touch. We want to make sure the brain's delivering value from day one.
- Abbie GaskarthGreat. I think we're clear. I'll get the credentials to Callie Monday.
- Callie BrennanPerfect. Thanks, Abbie. And Rachael, I'll check in with you mid-week just to confirm things are on track. Speak soon.
- Daniel OkaforThanks all. Really looking forward to getting you live. Cheers.
