What this says

As at Fri 9 Oct 2026

Callie Brennan trained Anita Mistry and Rakesh Solanki on search, pages and chat. Anita admitted she was not really using the brain yet. Dashboards were deferred because Starter has no full builder.

What happened: Callie demonstrated search, built a page live from Anita's request, and covered chat. Rakesh asked how field names and performance worked.

Customer view: Anita said "I've had a quick poke around but I'm not really using it yet." She called the search demo "really useful" and asked what happens if the brain gets it wrong.

Commercial: The customer is on Starter, so there is no full dashboard builder. Callie offered to build dashboards on request, which is a possible Growth upgrade conversation if the team asks for them.

Watch: Adoption has not started. Marcus is the longer-term contact and should check usage early, as questions asked is the best measure of value.

Morning Anita, Rakesh. Welcome to the training. You've had a week to look at the brain now: we're live, the data's refreshing nightly, and I want to make sure you and your team know how to get value out of it. Today's about the core features: search, pages, and dashboards. I'm going to walk through some real questions, and then you'll get a go. Sound good?
  2. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
Yeah, good. I've had a quick poke around but I'm not really using it yet.
  3. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
That's fine. Let's start simple. In the search bar, you can ask the brain anything in plain English. Let me show you. Imagine you want to see all open tickets at your Manchester site. You'd type, and I'm going to do this live...'open tickets Manchester'.
  4. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Watch what happens. The brain reads your question, it knows you have a 'site' field and a 'status' field, and it matches 'Manchester' to your site list and 'open' to your status values. One second and, there you go. Several tickets, sorted by priority, with the assignment and due date.
  5. Rakesh Solanki
    Rakesh Solanki
    That's fast.
  6. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Yep. And you can get more specific. Watch: 'urgent tickets Manchester assigned to, who's your lead?'
  7. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
    Let's say Sarah.
  8. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
'Urgent tickets Manchester assigned to Sarah'. And now, just a few tickets, all for Sarah. You can bookmark that question so next time you just click. That's how contract managers stay on top of what's live at each site.
  9. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
That's really useful. What if they want invoices instead?
  10. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Same thing. 'Unpaid invoices Manchester over £1,000'. Same result, instant, filtered. And from here you can export to a spreadsheet or email it. Most of your team will just live in search, that's the main thing.
  11. Rakesh Solanki
    Rakesh Solanki
How does it know our field names?
  12. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Good question. When I set up your connectors, I mapped your CRM field names to human-friendly labels: so 'account_name' in Salesforce became 'site', 'ticket_status' became 'status', and so on. That's why it understands your language. We built those mappings in during the implementation.
  13. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
    Understood. What about pages?
  14. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Pages are pre-built views. Let me show you. Say Anita, you want a daily snapshot of what's happening across all your sites. A page can show you: all open tickets, all urgent items, a count of audits passed or failed today. You just lay those out on a page and you refresh it in the morning.
  15. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Here's a template I've built. This page shows: open tickets by site, invoices due this week, and failed audits in the last 30 days. You can customize it: add fields, change the filters, or keep it simple. Most of your contract managers will probably use a standard page that shows their own site.
  16. Rakesh Solanki
    Rakesh Solanki
Can they each have their own page?
  17. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Exactly. Each user can save pages. So Sarah, the Manchester lead: might have a page that's just Manchester open tickets, audit due dates, and unpaid invoices. She logs in, she sees her stuff immediately.
  18. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
    And dashboards?
  19. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Dashboards are one step fancier. You can build charts and graphs: so instead of a table of tickets, you could see a bar chart of ticket volume by site, or a trend line of audit pass rates over time. On Starter you don't get the full builder, but if you want something custom, you can ask me and I'll build it for you.
  20. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
For now, let's keep it simple. You've got search and pages, that's 90% of the value. Once you're comfortable, if you want a dashboard, just ask Marcus and we'll take it from there.
  21. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
Fair enough. How do I create a page?
  22. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
I'll show you. You go to 'Pages', click 'New', and you drag in cards: so a search card, a count card, a table card. You search for your data just like we did in the search bar, and it lands on the page. You name it, save it, done.
  23. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Let's do a quick one now. Anita, what's something you'd want to see every day?
  24. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
Hmm. All invoices sent this month, broken down by site?
  25. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Perfect. I'm going to build that live. New page, call it 'This Month's Invoices'. Card one: I search 'invoices this month'. And, there we go. Several invoices across your sites. Now I add a second card to break them down by site. And done. You've got a page you can check every morning.
  26. Rakesh Solanki
    Rakesh Solanki
Can we edit that after you've built it?
  27. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Absolutely. You own it. You can change the filters, add a new card, remove something. If you want to, you can share it with the team too.
  28. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
Great. What if we make a mistake or we delete something?
  29. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
You can't break anything. Pages are just views, they don't delete your data. If you delete a page, you can rebuild it in two minutes. The data stays safe in the brain.
  30. Rakesh Solanki
    Rakesh Solanki
How about chat? I saw there's a chat feature.
  31. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Chat's similar to search: you ask a question in a message, the brain answers, and you can have a back-and-forth. So you might ask 'failed audits last week', and the brain gives you a list, and then you ask 'which site has the most?' and it tells you. It's good for exploring.
  32. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
Okay. And if the brain gets it wrong?
  33. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
It's usually because of a mapping, a field that wasn't set up right. But honestly, most questions land first time. If something feels off, take a screenshot, send it to Marcus, and he'll debug it. We can fix mappings live.
  34. Rakesh Solanki
    Rakesh Solanki
What about performance? Like, how fast are the queries?
  35. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Sub-second usually. You're searching thousands of audit records, hundreds of tickets, hundreds of invoices, that all lands in under a second. Your data's indexed, so it's quick.
  36. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
Perfect. So to recap: search, pages, chat. That's the main thing?
  37. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Right. 90% of people live in search and pages. Start with those, get comfortable, and if you want something fancier later, we can build dashboards. The key is: ask the brain a question in English, it finds your answer. No SQL, no spreadsheets.
  38. Rakesh Solanki
    Rakesh Solanki
    I think we've got it.
  39. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Brilliant. I'm going to send a one-pager with screenshots and a few example searches. Use those to get your team oriented. And here's my email, if anyone gets stuck, ping me. Marcus will check in next week and will be your longer-term contact. Does that work?
  40. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
    Yeah, that's great. Thanks Callie.
  41. Callie Brennan
    Callie Brennan
Cheers. Enjoy it, this is when it gets fun. Speak soon.
