What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Callie Brennan walked Rakesh Solanki through the four connectors in week three of implementation. He confirmed the counts looked right and agreed to warn IT about credential changes. Go-live was planned for the end of the week.
What happened: Callie took Rakesh through Salesforce, ticketing, Xero and the audit platform. He checked the Salesforce account count himself and confirmed it matched.
Customer view: Rakesh was brief and agreeable. He said "No, I think we're good. This has been clear." The other counts were accepted as sounding about right, without independent checks.
Commercial: The four connectors are live-ready under the new subscription. Anita Mistry was not on this call, and no buyer was present.
Watch: Callie warned that a reset or rotation of service account passwords by IT would break a connector. Rakesh only said he would let IT know.

Transcript
- Callie BrennanMorning Rakesh. Good to see you again. Where we are: we're in week three of the implementation, first refresh landed clean on day 10, and I want to walk through what's loaded and make sure the data looks right. Before we switch on the nightly refresh, I need you to spot-check a few things. Shall I pull up the summary?
- Rakesh SolankiYeah, go ahead.
- Callie BrennanSo from Salesforce, we're pulling account records, one row per site you manage. I've got a good count of accounts from your system. Does that line up with what you'd expect?
- Rakesh SolankiLet me think. We have quite a few sites in the Midlands. That sounds about right, but I'd want to confirm.
- Callie BrennanOf course. The easiest thing is: go into Salesforce now, run a count of active accounts, and just confirm. I'll wait. If it's off, it's usually a filter, maybe we've included archived accounts or missed a record type. Once you confirm, we know that connector is solid.
- Rakesh SolankiI've just checked, yeah, it matches. You've got the right number.
- Callie BrennanPerfect. That maps cleanly. Now, tickets. We're pulling from your ticketing system, hundreds of closed ones and quite a few open. Does that feel right?
- Rakesh SolankiYeah, we've been running that system for a couple of years, so that sounds reasonable.
- Callie BrennanGood. What I want to confirm is field mapping. When you look at a ticket in your system, let's say a plumbing job, do you have a field that says which site it belongs to?
- Rakesh SolankiYes, every ticket has a site code linked to it.
- Callie BrennanThat maps cleanly. So when someone asks the brain 'show me all open tickets for site X', we can match them up. One thing I've noticed: there's a priority field, and it looks like you use three values: 'urgent', 'standard', 'low'. Is that comprehensive, or are there other priorities you use?
- Rakesh SolankiNo, that's it. Urgent, standard, low.
- Callie BrennanBrilliant. And invoices from Xero: we're pulling invoice number, amount, due date, and the account it's linked to. I've got a good number of invoices. Again, does that sound about right?
- Rakesh SolankiYeah, over a couple of years we'd have hundreds. That's fine.
- Callie BrennanGreat. So here's where we are: Salesforce, ticketing, and Xero all look solid. The fourth connector is the audit platform. We're pulling audit logs: one row per check, with a pass or fail status and the site. I'm seeing a solid number of audit records. Have you had many audits across your sites?
- Rakesh SolankiYeah, we audit regularly. That count sounds about right.
- Callie BrennanGood. Once we flip the refresh to live tomorrow, all 4 connectors will run every night and pull new data. From your end, there's nothing to do, it's automatic. You'll get a summary email every morning if there's an issue, but if everything's smooth, you won't hear from the system.
- Rakesh SolankiAnd the team will be able to use it next week?
- Callie BrennanExactly. We go live end of week, so you'll have access to everything by Friday. Then Marcus will run a training session with Anita and your team on the features: how to search, how pages work, how to ask questions. You'll be comfortable with it within the hour.
- Rakesh SolankiPerfect. Do I need to do anything on my side before we go live?
- Callie BrennanOne thing, the credentials for the 4 systems. We have them, but they're stored in our system temporarily. Before we go permanent, I need you to confirm that the service accounts we're using: the read-only Salesforce API account, the ticketing user, et cetera, those are locked in and won't change. If your IT team ever resets them or rotates passwords, that's when a connector breaks. Just flag that with your IT that these shouldn't be touched without checking with us.
- Rakesh SolankiI'll let them know.
- Callie BrennanCheers. So the final step is: tomorrow I flip the refresh to live, you'll see data update every night, and we stay in touch for any issues. Any questions before we switch on?
- Rakesh SolankiNo, I think we're good. This has been clear.
- Callie BrennanExcellent. I'll send you a one-pager with the live date and who to contact if anything breaks. Once we're live, Marcus will reach out with the training plan. Thanks, Rakesh. Speak soon.
