What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26On 18 Jul 2024 Tom Ashdown and Hannah Lowe demoed the brain to Charlotte Haigh and Shannon Lockwood. Starter was pitched at £20k plus a £6,000 implementation. Charlotte asked for the proposal soon.
What happened: The demo ran on 18 Jul 2024. Hannah showed one view across Salesforce, accounting, email and calls, refreshed each morning by seven.
Customer view: Charlotte said people are always jumping between Salesforce and the invoice system. She asked whether data stays in their own systems and was told it runs in their Snowflake account.
Commercial: Tom recommended Starter with four connectors and fifteen users, and a four-week implementation. Shannon asked about outgrowing Starter, and Hannah quoted Growth at £44k with a pro-rata credit.
Watch: The evidence does not show a decision on this call. The next steps were a proposal by end of week, a systems questionnaire and a short security review.

- Tom Ashdown NoneHi Charlotte, hi Shannon. Cheers for joining. How's your week been?
- Charlotte Haigh NoneGood, thanks. Busy, as always. Looking forward to seeing what you've got for us.
- Tom Ashdown NoneRight, brilliant. So Hannah's here, she's going to walk you through the brain. Before we kick off, can everyone hear okay?
- Shannon Lockwood NoneYes, we can hear you.
- Hannah Lowe NoneGreat. I'm going to show you the brain running on your data. We connect your Salesforce, email system, call recordings and accounting system. Everything goes into one place. Charlotte, you mentioned seeing client accounts, open roles and invoices together, that's exactly what I'll show you.
- Hannah Lowe NoneImagine a recruiter on a call with a client, one of your big firms with five open roles. They've got a contract ending soon and outstanding invoices. Instead of flipping between Salesforce and finance, they ask 'show me everything on Acme Engineering' and get all five roles, contract details and invoices in one view. Saves five minutes per call.
- Charlotte Haigh NoneThat would be useful. We use Salesforce for roles and a separate system for invoices. People are always jumping between them.
- Hannah Lowe NoneExactly what we solve. The brain pulls Salesforce, accounting software, email, and refreshes every morning by seven. So if an invoice was paid overnight or a new role was added, the brain knows it.
- Shannon Lockwood NoneHow does it handle our emails? We have a lot of back-and-forth with clients.
- Hannah Lowe NoneThe brain indexes your email: pulls out client names, role conversations, salary discussions, start dates. Ask 'what did we promise Acme about signing a developer' and it finds that in your emails and call history. No manual searching.
- Charlotte Haigh NoneThis is inside our own systems, right? We don't move our data?
- Hannah Lowe NoneCorrect. The brain runs in your Snowflake account or we set one up. You own the data absolutely. Connectors are read-only, we just pull data in.
- Tom Ashdown NoneSo moving to the offering, I think Starter is right for you to start with. That's four connectors, fifteen users, and six-monthly check-ins with Marcus Bell, your CSM. Annual subscription is nineteen thousand five hundred. One-off implementation fee of six thousand to connect everything and train your team, takes four weeks.
- Charlotte Haigh NoneSix thousand plus nineteen and a half, so twenty-five and a half in the first year?
- Tom Ashdown NoneThat's right. The six is just the first year for implementation. Then it's nineteen five every year after that, paid upfront. No drama if you want to discuss with your finance team, I'm happy to set up a call.
- Shannon Lockwood NoneWhat if we outgrow Starter? Is there a way to upgrade?
- Hannah Lowe NoneYes, absolutely. You can upgrade to Growth anytime: that gives you eight connectors, forty users, and quarterly business reviews instead of six-monthly. The Growth subscription is £44,000 but you'd get a pro-rata credit for remaining months on your Starter contract.
- Tom Ashdown NoneSo if you wanted to start on Starter and see how it goes, that's fine. We can always scale you up. How does that sound?
- Charlotte Haigh NoneIt sounds good. What's the next step?
- Tom Ashdown NoneI'll send you a proposal: the scope, the four connectors, fifteen users, the fees and the timeline. Hannah will also send a questionnaire about your systems, takes about an hour to fill in. Once you send that back, Hannah can make sure everything's going to work and give you a go-live date.
- Hannah Lowe NoneAnd there's a brief security review, just so your IT team knows exactly what connectors we'll be creating and how they'll access your systems. Takes about a week. I'll put together a document outlining what we need.
- Shannon Lockwood NoneWhen would we be live?
- Tom Ashdown NoneFrom when you sign, so let's say next week, you'd be live probably late August, early September. Four weeks covers the questionnaire, security, setup and training.
- Charlotte Haigh NoneOkay, that works. Can you get us the proposal soon?
- Tom Ashdown NoneI'll get it to you by end of week. And then we can touch base next week to answer any questions. Sound good?
- Charlotte Haigh NoneYes, thanks, Tom.
- Hannah Lowe NoneThanks, Charlotte, Shannon. Speak soon.
- Tom Ashdown NoneCheers, both. Speak soon.
