What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Onboarding for Haddon Rook Logistics after go-live: Laura Penhaligon walked Spencer Gaunt and Tyler Brookes through users, connector status, pages and support. Connectors were reported live; some invited users had not signed in.
What happened: Laura reported the connectors live and showed the admin console, connector status and a sample page. Tyler Brookes, the Transport Systems Administrator, joined and asked practical questions.
Customer view: Tyler asked what happens if something stops syncing and how support works. Spencer asked who builds the pages. Neither raised price, value or a rival.
Commercial: Fifteen user slots are the Starter limit and only a few were invited, so there is headroom. Laura stated the Starter four-hour response window.
Watch: Tyler and one other invited user had not yet signed in. Adoption depends on pages being built, and Spencer left open whether he or BG-Demo would build them.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Laura Penhaligon to send the guide document covering users, connector troubleshooting and pages.
- Tyler Brookes and the other invited user to sign in to the console.
- Esther Quaye to be the first contact for questions before the first check-in.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Invited users including Tyler had not yet signed in, so early adoption is unproven.
- Nobody owns page building yet, which could delay visible value.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Fifteen user slots with few invited leaves room to grow use within Starter.
- Page and dashboard building could show customer investment if Tyler's team takes it up.
Transcript
- Laura PenhaligonTyler, Spencer, right, so the connectors are live now. Salesforce and Xero are syncing, the call data's loaded, and Google Workspace is pulling through. I want to walk you through the admin console today.
- Tyler BrookesGood, yeah. I've been looking at it a bit.
- Laura PenhaligonOkay, good. So in the admin panel, you can see who's invited, who's active, manage permissions, all of that. Let me share my screen. Can you see the console here?
- Tyler BrookesYeah, I can see it.
- Laura PenhaligonRight. So here's your users. You're currently at a few invited, and I can see Spencer's active, but you and another haven't signed in yet. Once you sign in, you'll be active. You've got fifteen user slots in total, that's your limit, so you've got room.
- Spencer GauntHow do we invite more if we need them?
- Laura PenhaligonYou just add them in here. I'll show you: you click 'Invite user', put in their email, select their role, and the system sends them an invite. They sign up, they're in. If you hit the fifteen, you'd let Esther know and we'd add more on an ad-hoc basis.
- Tyler BrookesWhat about the connectors? Can we see the status?
- Laura PenhaligonYep, in the connectors tab. You can see Salesforce, last refresh was this morning, with plenty of records indexed. Xero, lots of transactions. Call recorder, that's got a big index of call time. Google Workspace, email indexed this morning too. All syncing nicely.
- Tyler BrookesWhat if something stops syncing?
- Laura PenhaligonYou'll see a status change here, it'll show 'error' or 'stale'. If that happens, it's usually a credential issue. Like, if Salesforce password changed, the connector can't connect. You'd reach out to Esther, she'll help troubleshoot. Usually a quick fix.
- Spencer GauntAnd the data, how does it get used?
- Laura PenhaligonYou ask questions. The brain searches all the indexed data. Like, 'show me calls with a customer' or 'exceptions from last week'. You can build pages, dashboards where you drag and drop widgets. Those query the data too. Pages update nightly with the refresh.
- Tyler BrookesCan I see an example?
- Laura PenhaligonYeah, let me show you. I've built a sample page: it's got recent calls, exceptions by customer, and new accounts. You'd build your own based on what matters to your team. No coding, all drag and drop.
- Spencer GauntWho builds those pages: is that me, or you?
- Laura PenhaligonEither. I can build them and you tweak them, or you build them yourself. I'll leave you a guide. It's pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it.
- Tyler BrookesWhat about support, if something's broken?
- Laura PenhaligonYou reach out to Esther. She'll either help you directly or log it with engineering. With Starter, you get a four-hour response window. It's usually quicker, but that's the SLA.
- Spencer GauntOkay. I think we're good.
- Laura PenhaligonRight. I'll send you guys a guide document covering everything we've talked about today: user management, connector troubleshooting, how to build pages, all of it. Any questions between now and your first check-in, you email Esther or me.
- Tyler BrookesCheers, Laura.
- Laura PenhaligonCheers both. Get exploring.
