Transcript
- Tom AshdownHi Meghan, hi Hannah, good morning Vancouver time, yeah? How's your week going?
- Meghan FraserMorning. It's good, bit chilly, typical December. I'm keen to see what you've built.
- Tom AshdownLovely. So Hannah's going to run you through a quick demo, it's on your data, so you'll see how it'd actually work in your environment. No drama, nice and straightforward. Hannah?
- Hannah LoweThanks, Tom. Meghan, before I jump in, what's the main thing you'd want a tool like this to do for Kinbasket?
- Meghan FraserWe've got clients calling with questions, emails scattered across different inboxes, notes in our system, and pulling together the history on any client takes ages.
- Hannah LoweThat's the core problem we solve. To be precise: the brain sits on top of all your data, CRM, email, calls, whatever you're using, and makes it queryable in natural language. You ask it a question and it brings the answer together for you.
- Hannah LoweI'm going to share my screen now and walk you through it.
- Meghan FraserSure, go ahead.
- Hannah LoweRight. So you've got two main interfaces, chat and pages. Chat is where you ask questions. Pages is where you can build dashboards and reports without needing to code. This one, for example, shows client interactions by quarter, you can see the trend of who's coming to you and when.
- Hannah LoweYou could build a page like this in an hour or so. Your team members can view it, update it, it's collaborative.
- Meghan FraserThat's useful. We'd definitely want to track things like that. What about data freshness, how often does it update?
- Hannah LoweEvery night. We refresh your data overnight, by seven in the morning Vancouver time, everything's fresh. If there's an issue, you'd know about it straight away.
- Tom AshdownSo Meghan, you're looking at Growth for this. That's forty users, eight connectors: so you can bring in your CRM, email, calls, helpdesk if you've got one. The all-in cost for year one is £56,000.
- Meghan FraserWhat does the forty users include?
- Tom AshdownThat's how many people can log in and use it. You won't hit that limit anytime soon, but if you do, there's headroom to add more. Growth also comes with quarterly QBRs with us, so we check in four times a year on how you're using it and where the value sits.
- Meghan FraserAnd if we need to cancel, what's the exit?
- Tom AshdownThirty days at the end of your term. So you're in for a year, then you can cancel with thirty days notice.
- Hannah LoweThere's also a sandbox environment on Growth. That means you can test new connectors or changes before you push them live. Helpful if you're making big changes to your systems.
- Meghan FraserThat's valuable. How long's implementation?
- Hannah LoweEight weeks. We'll connect your systems, test everything, train your team. By the end, you've got a working brain inside your own Snowflake account.
- Tom AshdownIf we can get you signed by 22 Jan 2026, we can kick off straight away. Eight weeks gets you to early March, so you'd be live before spring.
- Meghan FraserThat timeline's realistic for us. What's the next step?
- Tom AshdownI'll send over a proposal, you have a read, ask any questions. Let's get something in the diary for next week to chat through it all. Sound good?
- Meghan FraserYeah, sounds good. Thanks Tom, Hannah. Really helpful.
- Tom AshdownBrilliant. Cheers, speak soon.
