Transcript
- Lewis KerrAfternoon, Lydia. Good to see you. Theo is our Solutions Engineer, he's going to walk you through the brain today using some data similar to what you'd have.
- Lydia AshurstGreat, thanks for setting this up.
- Theo GallagherHi Lydia, good to meet you. So what I'm going to do is show you the brain working on some anonymised law firm data. We've got client information, case history, call recordings indexed, and some financial data. Let me start with the search interface.
- Theo GallagherSo the way it works is you type a question in plain language. Let's say you want to find all manufacturing clients that have litigation cases. You'd type that here and the brain goes across all your systems and brings back the answer. Watch, it's pulling from Salesforce, from the call recordings, from your notes. See how it shows you the sources?
- Lydia AshurstThat's impressive. So every case, every call is searchable like that?
- Theo GallagherYes. The data needs to be fresh for it to work well. We refresh everything nightly, complete by 07:00 the next morning. So if a case note is added during the day, you'd see it in the brain the next morning. The chat interface is similar but more conversational. You can ask follow-ups and it remembers context.
- Theo GallagherLet me show you the dashboards builder. On Growth, you can create your own dashboards without touching code. So you could build a view of your top clients by revenue, cases by status, whatever gives you insight into your practice. It's quite flexible.
- Lydia AshurstAnd how many people can access this?
- Theo GallagherGrowth comes with 40 named users. You've got eight connectors so you can plug in lots of sources. If you need more users you can add them, extra connectors too.
- Lewis KerrThe pricing we discussed is £62,000 for year one. That's everything, implementation, training, and your subscription. Year two onwards it would be £50,000 annual if you stay on Growth.
- Lydia AshurstMakes sense. What does implementation actually look like?
- Theo GallagherWe spend eight weeks with you. First phase is mapping: we understand your Salesforce structure, your call recording system, how your data fits together. Then we build the connectors and run test queries. Finally we train your team and go live. We document everything so you're not dependent on us.
- Lewis KerrAnd if you hit any issues, you've got a helpdesk. On Growth we offer one-hour response times for P1 issues. We also do quarterly business reviews once you're live so you can see how the team is using it and get the most value.
- Lydia AshurstThis is really helpful. What happens next?
- Lewis KerrI'd like to get Jonathan back on a call where we talk through the proposal and any remaining questions. Then we'd move toward a security review and order form. Timeline wise, we're looking at mid-November for go-live if we can get things moving.
- Lydia AshurstOK, let me chat with Jonathan and I'll come back to you.
- Lewis KerrPerfect. I'll send over a summary of what we showed today. Thanks, Lydia. Speak soon.
