Current to 12 Oct 26Pre-training check-in on 9 Jun 2025 with Megan Statham, the customer's admin. Both connectors are running, six or seven people use the brain regularly, and she raised no problems. Training is due on Wednesday.
What happened: Laura Penhaligon checked readiness with Megan Statham ahead of the Wednesday training session. Laura said both connectors were running smoothly and refreshes were indexing properly.
Customer view: Megan said nothing was broken and the team had no access complaints. She confirmed the 07:00 nightly refresh timing suits them.
Commercial: About six or seven people use the brain regularly, with a couple more who have logged in once or twice. That is early adoption on Growth, with room to widen use after training.
Watch: Rebecca Oakes was not on the call, and Megan said she would make sure Rebecca has the training in her calendar. Adoption beyond Megan's small group is not yet shown.

Transcript
- Laura Penhaligon NoneMorning Megan, thanks for jumping on. Quick catch up before the training on Wednesday?
- Megan Statham NoneYeah, good. Just wanted to check everything's ready.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneRight, so from a technical standpoint, both connectors are running smoothly. I've been monitoring the refreshes and everything's indexing properly. How are you finding it from the admin side?
- Megan Statham NoneIt's been fine, honestly. Nothing's broken, data's coming through, no complaints from the team about access or anything like that.
- Laura Penhaligon NonePerfect. And user count, how many are active now?
- Megan Statham NoneWe've got about six or seven now who are regularly using it. A couple more who've logged in once or twice.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneGood, that's healthy early adoption. The training on Wednesday should really help get more people comfortable with it. I'm planning to cover search, the query builder, dashboards, and then we'll do a couple of live examples with your actual data.
- Megan Statham NoneHow long is the training going to be?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneI've blocked out a couple of hours, maybe 90 minutes to two hours. Might go over depending on questions, but that's the plan. You'll need to be there as the admin, you'll pick things up that help you support the team afterwards.
- Megan Statham NoneYeah, of course. I'll make sure Rebecca gets it in her calendar as well.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneCheers. One small thing, the refresh schedule. We're running nightly refreshes complete by 07:00 in the morning, your local time, on business days. Have you had any issues with the timing, or does that work for the team?
- Megan Statham NoneNo, that's fine. Early morning works well for us.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneOkay, good. I think we're in a really good place to go live after Wednesday. After training, you'll be on the customer success plan with your dedicated manager, and if there are any technical issues, you know where to find me.
- Megan Statham NonePerfect. Anything I should prep before Wednesday?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneJust get a couple of example use cases in your head, questions you want answered from the data. I'll use those during training to show how the brain works. That's it really.
- Megan Statham NoneWill do.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneCheers, Megan. See you Wednesday.
- Megan Statham NoneSee you then. Cheers.
