What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Kickoff on 25 Apr 2025 for Ellerby's Growth implementation: eight weeks, four connectors, mid-June go-live. Rebecca Oakes was named champion. Megan Statham owes the technical questionnaire by Friday.
What happened: Natalie Eze and Laura Penhaligon walked Rebecca Oakes and Megan Statham through the eight-week plan. Discovery comes first, then connector build, then testing and go-live.
Customer view: Rebecca and Megan asked practical questions about validation, data quality and mid-project change. Neither raised a concern about price, a rival or value.
Commercial: Four connectors are in the order against eight on Growth, with forty users. Natalie said an upgrade could be discussed at renewal if they hit the limit.
Watch: Go-live depends on the questionnaire and on Megan's IT team. A substantial change mid-way might add a week.

Transcript
- Natalie Eze NoneRebecca, Megan, hi, it's Natalie. Congratulations on signing, really pleased to have you on board. Laura's here as well, our implementation lead.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneHi both. Excited to get you up and running. We've got fifty-seven minutes and I want to walk through the implementation plan, who does what, and any questions.
- Rebecca Oakes NonePerfect. How does this actually work?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneSo you're on Growth, which is an eight-week implementation. Week one, this week, is discovery. Megan and I go through your systems, understand your data, your questions. Weeks two to four are connector build. Week five onwards is testing and validation, then go-live.
- Megan Statham NoneWhen are we likely to go live?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneMid-June, if everything flows. We've got four connectors in your order: practice management, complaints, supplier tickets, and accounting. We can build those in parallel, so it moves pretty quickly.
- Rebecca Oakes NoneAnd we get forty users?
- Natalie Eze NoneYou do. Forty users, eight connectors in total, you've got room to grow. If you hit that limit or want to add more data sources, we can upgrade at renewal.
- Megan Statham NoneWhat's the questionnaire Hannah mentioned?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneThat's the technical intake. It covers your systems: structure, APIs, authentication, data volumes. Someone technical on your end usually fills it out. That's probably you, Megan.
- Megan Statham NoneHow detailed does it need to be?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneJust honest answers about what you've got. Your IT team can help if needed. Once I have that, I can draft the connector specifications and we iterate.
- Rebecca Oakes NoneWhat's my role?
- Natalie Eze NoneYou're the champion. You're steering the project, making sure we've got the right people involved, thinking about what success looks like for the operations team. You and I check in weekly during implementation.
- Rebecca Oakes NoneThat works.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneOnce we've got the connectors configured, we start pulling data. The brain indexes it overnight. We'll give you reports showing what's live, any data quality issues we spot, and we validate together.
- Megan Statham NoneHow do we validate?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneYou'll run queries, show me complaints for practice X, and check the numbers against your source system. Make sure everything lines up. If something's off, we debug the connector.
- Rebecca Oakes NoneAnd data quality, what does that mean?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneSome data comes in malformed or incomplete. Most records come through cleanly, but we target really good quality across your sources. It won't be perfect, but it's accurate enough for the questions you need to ask.
- Megan Statham NoneWhat if we need to change something mid-way?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneWe can do that. The implementation is iterative, so if you realize you need a different field or a new source connected, we work it in. Might add a week if it's substantial.
- Rebecca Oakes NoneGreat. What do you need from us this week?
- Laura Penhaligon NoneThe questionnaire, ideally. And the names of your key stakeholders: who owns practice management, who's on the finance team, who manages complaints. Just so I can loop people in as needed.
- Megan Statham NoneI'll get that back to you by Friday.
- Natalie Eze NonePerfect. And Rebecca, I'll set up our weekly check-ins. I'll send a calendar invite.
- Rebecca Oakes NoneCheers.
- Laura Penhaligon NoneAnd if anything comes up in the meantime, just reach out. We're going to get you live mid-June and I want this to be smooth.
- Megan Statham NoneThanks, Laura.
- Natalie Eze NoneCheers, you two. Speak soon.
