What this says
Current to 12 Oct 26Renewal call on 18 May 2026: Garrow Lusk were happy to continue on Starter at the same price for twelve months from 22 Jun 2026, still on v1 pricing. No service concerns; the signed order form had yet to be returned.
What happened: Nell Ashcombe and Daniel Okafor proposed renewing Garrow Lusk on exactly the same basis: Starter, 15 users, four connectors, annual in advance. Anthony Garrow checked that the price was unchanged.
Customer view: Jade Kenwright said usage is steady and it is just working. Sue Ditchfield said they have had no issues with service and are happy to continue.
Commercial: this renewal keeps v1 pricing and the price change comes at the next renewal in 2027. The how-to ticket last month was minor and Jade did not ask for training.
Watch: the evidence does not show that the signed order form came back.

Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Daniel Okafor to send the order form to Sue Ditchfield and Anthony Garrow on the same terms as before.
- Garrow Lusk to return the signed order form ahead of the 22 Jun 2026 renewal date.
- Daniel to prepare a value case ahead of the 2027 renewal, when the v2 price applies.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- The evidence does not show that the signed order form was returned ahead of the renewal date of 22 Jun 2026.
- The 2027 renewal moves Garrow Lusk from v1 to the v2 list price, which is +12.8% for Starter, and steady unchanged use may make that harder to justify.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Steady use across client accounts, placements and invoice queries gives a base for a value case before the 2027 price change.
- Jade's question on joining CRM data differently suggests interest in deeper use of the brain.
Transcript
- Daniel Okafor NoneHi everyone, thanks for taking the call. We've got Nell and me from BB-Demo, and Anthony, Jade and Sue from Garrow Lusk.
- Jade Kenwright NoneYes, that's right. Good to see you both.
- Daniel Okafor NoneGreat. Just checking everyone's audio, all clear?
- Anthony Garrow NoneFine here.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneGood. Right, so your contract is due to renew on 22 June and we wanted to have this conversation sooner rather than later. You've been with us for nearly three years, since 22 June 2023, and this is a good time to take stock. How have things been going, Jade?
- Jade Kenwright NoneIt's been solid. Usage has been steady. We use it mostly for the same things: client accounts, placements, invoice queries. No real changes from our side.
- Daniel Okafor NoneAnd any issues technically? Any problems with data freshness or performance?
- Jade Kenwright NoneNot that we've noticed. It's just working.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneOkay, good. So the renewal. You're on Starter, 15 users, four connectors, at 19,500 a year. We'd be proposing to renew you on exactly the same basis for another twelve months from 22 June 2026. Same price, same terms, annual in advance. Does that work for you?
- Anthony Garrow NoneSame price as we've been paying?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneYes. You're on v1 pricing. This renewal keeps you on v1. The price change would be at the next renewal in 2027.
- Sue Ditchfield NoneOkay. And we've not had any issues with service, so we're happy to continue.
- Daniel Okafor NoneI did want to flag one thing, we had a ticket come in last month from someone in your team. It was a how-to question, fairly straightforward, nothing to worry about. But I just wanted to check, is there anything you're struggling with or any training you'd find useful?
- Jade Kenwright NoneThe ticket, that was probably me asking a technical question. I think it was about how to join up some data from the CRM differently. You sorted it, no drama. I think we're okay on training, we know how to use it.
- Daniel Okafor NoneGood. Just wanted to make sure.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneSo here's the renewal process. We'll send you an order form, Sue and Anthony, it'll be to you both. Same terms and conditions as before. Once you've signed it and returned it, we'll get it into our system. The date that matters is 15 June, we'd like the form back by then so we've got plenty of time before the 22nd.
- Sue Ditchfield NoneSo you'll send it this week and we need it back by 15 June?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneYes. You'll have it by close of business tomorrow.
- Anthony Garrow NoneAny questions when we look at it, who do I contact?
- Daniel Okafor NoneJust ring or email me. I'll be here.
- Sue Ditchfield NoneAlright. I think we're set.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneExcellent. Daniel will send the form tomorrow. You return it by 15 June and we're all done. Thank you for your time, and looking forward to year four.
- Daniel Okafor NoneBest wishes, everyone. Speak soon.
