Current to 11 Oct 26Jade Kenwright, Operations Director at Garrow Lusk, described answering client questions by searching the CRM, accounting system and email separately. Nell Ashcombe positioned Starter and promised a demo date and pricing.
What happened: Nell Ashcombe ran a discovery call on 23 Feb 2023 with Jade Kenwright. Jade described client, invoice and email questions being answered by hand across three systems.
Customer view: Jade put the cost at twenty minutes or more per lookup. She was glad the data would stay in Snowflake, which Garrow Lusk already runs.
Commercial: Nell pointed to Starter: one team, four connectors, fifteen users, about four weeks to implement. The evidence does not show a budget, a decision process or who else would sign.
Watch: The next step is a demo on Garrow Lusk's own data, with dates and Starter pricing still to be sent by Nell.

Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Nell Ashcombe to send demo dates, the overview and Starter pricing to Jade Kenwright.
- Arrange a demo of the brain on Garrow Lusk's own data.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- The evidence does not show budget or who signs, so Jade may not be the final decision-maker.
- Nell still owes dates for a demo and the Starter pricing, so momentum depends on a quick follow-up.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- A Starter subscription and implementation for the operations team, fitting one team and the four-connector limit.
- Snowflake is already in place, which suits the brain being built inside the customer's own account.

- Nell Ashcombe NoneHi Jade, thanks for making the time. We've got half an hour, what would help you most to leave with?
- Jade Kenwright NoneWell, we're managing placements across different systems and it's a bit of a mess, honestly. The team's always asking me questions about clients, invoices, who contacted us about what. And I'm constantly jumping between the CRM, the accounting system, email. Seems like there should be a better way.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneRight. So a question lands on your desk and you're already moving between three systems to answer it. How many do you have in total?
- Jade Kenwright NoneThree main ones, CRM, accounting, and email. Most of the client context lives in those, but none of them talk to each other. So when a client rings up about a placement they were registered for, I'm searching the CRM for the placement record, then the accounting system for the invoice, then the email to see if there's a conversation thread about it.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneAnd that takes, what, how long each time?
- Jade Kenwright NoneTwenty minutes, maybe more if the record's been updated in one system but not the others. It's frustrating because the information's all there, just scattered.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneIf you could ask one question and get one answer back, pulling from all three systems, what would it be?
- Jade Kenwright NoneShow me all the placements for a given client, the invoices we've raised, and any open conversations in email. That would save me a fortune in time.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneThat's what we built the brain for. You ask that question in plain English: you could type it, or use our chat, and you get back all three woven together. We do it by building a queryable layer over the systems you already use. The CRM, the accounting system, email, they all stay where they are. The data lives inside your own Snowflake warehouse, where it's encrypted and under your control.
- Jade Kenwright NoneIt stays in Snowflake? We've got Snowflake running already, so that's perfect.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneGood. So we'd connect your systems: pull the data via API: index it all inside Snowflake, and give your team a chat interface. Every night we refresh the data automatically, so when you ask a question, you're getting the latest information.
- Jade Kenwright NoneAnd how long would it take to get going?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneOn Starter, about four weeks. One of our implementation team works with you and your database admin to set up the connectors: your CRM credentials, accounting system access, email, and we run the first refresh together. After that, your team's using it. We'd stay in touch over those four weeks to answer questions.
- Jade Kenwright NoneThat's reasonable. And the cost side?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneOne-off implementation fee, then an annual subscription. For Starter, that's designed for one team, up to four connectors, fifteen users, I'd send you the proposal with the numbers. The next step would be showing you the brain working on your actual data. Much more concrete than me talking about it.
- Jade Kenwright NoneYeah, I'd definitely want to see it working. When could you do that?
- Nell Ashcombe NoneLet me check with our team and get a couple of dates over to you. In the meantime I'll send across the overview and the pricing for Starter.
- Jade Kenwright NonePerfect. I'll keep an eye out for it.
- Nell Ashcombe NoneCheers, Jade. Speak soon.
