What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Proposal call with Jun Tan and CFO Hao Goh. Growth tier quoted at £50,000 a year plus £12,000 implementation. Hao asked about renewal price, support and exit terms. A formal proposal and order form were promised.
What happened: Tom Ashdown quoted Growth tier at £50,000 a year with £12,000 implementation, and year one all-in as sixty-two thousand pounds. Hao asked whether the renewal price is locked in and was told year two is the same.
Customer view: Hao and Jun probed support, service credits, exit terms and go-live timing. Hao called the timeline tight but doable, and Jun said to proceed.
Commercial: Tom described a freshness credit for Growth, but standard terms credit availability only for Growth, so the order form wording needs checking. Eight weeks from an early November signature also does not obviously land in early December.
Watch: The order form was promised by end of week; the evidence does not show it was sent or signed.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Tom Ashdown to send the formal proposal and order form to Jun and Hao, promised by the end of that week.
- Tom Ashdown to confirm the service credit wording and go-live date before the order form goes out.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- The freshness credit described for Growth goes beyond standard terms, which credit only Enterprise for freshness.
- The go-live promise of early December does not obviously fit eight weeks from an early November signature.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Order form signature by early November would start a Growth subscription and implementation.
- Jun's question about extra users and connectors points to later add-ons or an Enterprise upgrade.
Transcript
- Tom Ashdown NoneRight, so you've seen the demo, you liked what you saw. Let me walk you through what a proposal looks like and what the commercial terms are.
- Hao Goh NoneYes, let's do that.
- Tom Ashdown NoneSo you're looking at Growth tier: that's for a few teams, up to forty users, eight connectors included. The subscription is fifty thousand pounds a year. Implementation is twelve thousand, and that includes eight weeks of our team setting up your connectors, doing security checks, training your admins. Year one all-in is sixty-two thousand.
- Hao Goh NoneRight. And that renewal price: is it locked in, or does it increase?
- Tom Ashdown NoneYear two, it's fifty thousand. Annual contract, you can do quarterly invoicing if you prefer.
- Jun Tan NoneWhat happens if we add more users later, or need more connectors?
- Tom Ashdown NoneYou can add users and connectors as add-ons. If you go over forty users, you'd upgrade to Enterprise at renewal, which is a different conversation. But if you just need a few extra users, we can handle that.
- Hao Goh NoneWhat's the support model? If something breaks, how fast can you respond?
- Tom Ashdown NoneGrowth gets quarterly business reviews, so we check in with you on usage and value four times a year. For support, first response on a high-priority issue is within a business hour. Nightly data refresh is guaranteed by seven in the morning, UK time.
- Jun Tan NoneWhat if the refresh is late? Or there's an issue with data quality?
- Tom Ashdown NoneWe have service level credits. If availability drops below ninety-nine point five percent, or if data freshness is missed on multiple days, there's a credit. For Growth, it's five to ten percent of a month's fee, depending on the breach.
- Hao Goh NoneOkay. What about getting out of the contract if it doesn't work out?
- Tom Ashdown NoneIt's a one-year term, thirty-day notice to cancel. After that it renews annually unless you give notice.
- Jun Tan NoneAnd timeline, when could you go live?
- Tom Ashdown NoneIf we sign the order form by early November, we'd have you live by early December. Eight weeks for implementation.
- Hao Goh NoneThat's tight but doable. What's the next step?
- Tom Ashdown NoneI'll send over a formal proposal and order form. You review it, and if you've got questions, we sort them. Then you sign and we kick off. Sound good?
- Jun Tan NoneYeah, let's do it.
- Tom Ashdown NoneBrilliant. I'll get that to you by end of week. Cheers both.
