What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Demo on Kilcarra Medical's own Salesforce and call data. Roisin Quigley said it is what they have been trying to do manually, and Roisin Clarke asked for a proposal with pricing and terms.
What happened: Theo Gallagher ran the 20 Aug 2026 demo on Kilcarra's live Salesforce and call data, covering search, dashboards, refresh timing and user limits. Matteo Ricci closed by asking to send a proposal.
Customer view: Roisin Quigley said the search is what the team has been doing by hand. Roisin Clarke asked whether her team could build the dashboards themselves and said yes to the proposal.
Commercial: This is Starter, with 15 users and four connectors. Three connectors are in use: Salesforce, calls and ticketing.
Watch: Dashboards were shown and promised to the team, but the dashboards builder belongs to Growth, not Starter. The proposal needs to make that clear.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Matteo Ricci to send the proposal with pricing and terms, which he promised that week.
- State plainly in the proposal which features Starter includes and which need Growth.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Dashboards were demonstrated and offered to the team, but the dashboards builder is a Growth feature, so expectations may not match Starter.
- Starter has a hard limit of four connectors, so any source beyond that needs a higher tier.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Kilcarra could add email or a billing system as a fourth connector within Starter.
- Interest in dashboards is a natural route to Growth.
Transcript
- Matteo Ricci NoneRight, thanks for joining again. This is Theo, he's our Solutions Engineer, he'll walk you through the demo. Theo, take it away.
- Theo Gallagher NoneHi both. I've loaded your Salesforce and call data into the brain, so everything you're seeing today is your real information. Let me show you search first.
- Theo Gallagher NoneSay you want to find all customers who had a support call in the last month. I'll search for that in plain language.
- Roisin Clarke NoneSo it's bringing back the records plus the call notes?
- Theo Gallagher NoneExactly. Call transcripts, customer data, orders, all linked. No manual work.
- Roisin Quigley NoneThis is what we've been trying to do manually.
- Theo Gallagher NoneRight. Now, dashboards. You can build custom views: say, customer health by region, or support volume by product. No code required.
- Roisin Clarke NoneAnd our team can build these themselves?
- Theo Gallagher NoneYes. We'll train you in implementation. Most teams find it intuitive within a couple of hours.
- Theo Gallagher NoneTo be precise on limits: Starter includes 15 users and four connectors. You're at three connectors now, Salesforce, calls, ticketing. You could add email or your billing system if you wanted.
- Roisin Clarke NoneHow often does the data refresh?
- Theo Gallagher NoneNightly. Complete by 07:00 your local time on business days.
- Roisin Quigley NoneCan multiple people be asking questions at once, or is it locked?
- Theo Gallagher NoneNo locks. All 15 users can search and build dashboards simultaneously.
- Matteo Ricci NoneSo next step, I'd like to put together a proposal with pricing and terms. You happy with that?
- Roisin Clarke NoneYes, send that over.
- Matteo Ricci NoneBrilliant. I'll get that to you this week. Cheers both.
