What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Second demo on 23 Mar 2026 with Theo Gallagher on a sandbox of Brannigan Wolfe's matter management system and email. Danielle Butler asked about freshness, security, dashboards, users and compliance. No price was given; a proposal was promised.
What happened: Jordan Pike and Theo Gallagher showed Danielle Butler a sandbox built on her sample matter management and email data. She asked about freshness, security, dashboards, user numbers and compliance.
Customer view: Danielle said they are jumping between systems a lot, and said forty users would be enough. She needs to evidence controls for client due diligence, and Theo offered the SOC 2 Type II report.
Commercial: Jordan gave no figure, only a fixed annual fee plus implementation, with a proposal by end of week. Jordan also described Growth as having four connectors, whereas Growth carries eight in the price book.
Watch: The evidence does not show whether the proposal or report was sent. Compliance needs may point toward Enterprise, which is my judgement and not something Danielle said.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Jordan Pike to send the proposal with pricing by end of week.
- Theo Gallagher to send Danielle Butler a copy of the SOC 2 Type II report.
- Jordan Pike to book a follow-up call for the following week.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Jordan said Growth includes four connectors, against eight in the price book, so the proposal must state the correct count.
- No price was discussed and finance is not yet involved.
- Client due diligence needs may exceed what Growth offers on security review.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Partner-facing dashboards on matter status and time spent fit the Growth dashboards builder.
- The compliance and audit questions could open an Enterprise conversation, including security review support.
Transcript
- Jordan Pike NoneHi Danielle, thanks for making time. I've got Theo from our engineering team here, he's going to walk you through the brain on your data. We good to go?
- Danielle Butler NoneYes, let's do it.
- Theo Gallagher NoneHi Danielle. Thanks for sending over your sample data last week. I've loaded your matter management system and your email into a sandbox. What I'm going to show you is how you can query across both without flipping between systems.
- Danielle Butler NoneGreat. Right now we definitely feel like we're jumping around a lot.
- Theo Gallagher NoneThat's what we hear from law firms a lot. OK, so let me screen-share. This is the search interface. You type a question, say, 'all active matters for Brannigan clients with no recent associate notes'. And the brain pulls that from your matter management system and your email history together.
- Danielle Butler NoneHow fresh is that data?
- Theo Gallagher NoneWe refresh every night. By seven in the morning your time, you've got yesterday's data in the brain.
- Jordan Pike NoneSo you come in Monday morning, you've got everything from Friday and over the weekend indexed.
- Danielle Butler NoneAnd security, I assume that matters for a law firm?
- Theo Gallagher NoneDefinitely. Everything lives in your own cloud account, encrypted at rest. We use OAuth for access, you don't give us credentials. And you set the permissions, so if a matter is confidential, only the right people can see it.
- Jordan Pike NoneWe're not at Enterprise here, you're on Growth, but this is pretty standard. If you ever wanted to do a full security audit, we can bring our team in for that.
- Danielle Butler NoneCan you show me a dashboard example? Our partners sometimes like to see matters by status or time spent.
- Theo Gallagher NoneSure. So Growth includes the dashboards builder. You can create custom views. This is just a quick example: matters open by date, associate assignments, average time to close. You'd build these for your specific workflows.
- Danielle Butler NoneThat's useful. How many people can log in?
- Jordan Pike NoneForty users on Growth. You get four connectors and access to pages, chat, search and the dashboards builder.
- Danielle Butler NoneWe probably don't need more than forty. How long to set up?
- Theo Gallagher NoneEight weeks. First week is usually planning and security questionnaire. Then we build out the connectors and do training. Fairly straightforward if your IT team can move quickly.
- Jordan Pike NoneAnd you get a one-hour response on support if there's a problem, plus quarterly business reviews with our team.
- Danielle Butler NoneWhat happens after the first year?
- Jordan Pike NoneIt's an annual renewal. We check in ninety days before your renewal date to talk about how it's going and whether you want to keep the same service or maybe add users or connectors.
- Danielle Butler NoneOK. And cost?
- Jordan Pike NoneI'll send you a proposal with pricing. Fixed annual fee plus implementation. Pretty straightforward.
- Danielle Butler NoneCan I ask one more thing, compliance? We need to be able to evidence our controls for client due diligence sometimes.
- Theo Gallagher NoneWe're SOC 2 Type II certified, which covers security, availability and confidentiality. That usually covers what law firms need. Happy to send you a copy of the report.
- Danielle Butler NonePerfect. I think I have what I need.
- Jordan Pike NoneGreat. I'll send the proposal by end of week and we can schedule a follow-up for next week to talk through any questions. Sound good?
- Danielle Butler NoneSounds good.
- Jordan Pike NoneThanks, Danielle. Speak soon.
