What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Callie Brennan checked system access with Mads Mortensen. Three of four credentials are in; read-only access to the usage system is outstanding and Mads will chase IT.
What happened: Callie reviewed the system list of CRM, Zendesk, a usage tracking system and Xero. She explained the mapping, test pull and full refresh sequence.
Customer view: Mads asked practical questions about timing and the test phase and offered no concerns. He committed to follow up with IT the same day.
Commercial: Nothing on price, value or renewal. The one dependency is the usage system access, which Skovdal's IT controls.
Watch: Mads asked whether to brief the team and was told Daniel will run training once live. Until then the team only needs to know the setup note is coming.

Transcript
- Callie Brennan NoneHi Mads, good to catch up again. So we're a week in, and I wanted to check on the credentials and talk through what we've got so far.
- Mads Mortensen NoneYeah, I sent over the system list. Have you had a chance to look at it?
- Callie Brennan NoneI have. So you've got your CRM, Zendesk for tickets, a usage tracking system, and Xero for billing. That's pretty standard. I've got database credentials for three of them, still waiting on read-only access to the usage system. Can you chase that up?
- Mads Mortensen NoneYeah, I'll follow up with IT today.
- Callie Brennan NoneGreat. Once I've got that, I'll pull your schemas and start the mapping. So what I'll do is document each field from your CRM, each field from Zendesk, from billing, and we'll align them. The short answer is it usually maps cleanly. But there's often a couple of fields that need a bit of transformation.
- Mads Mortensen NoneLike what?
- Callie Brennan NoneLike, your CRM might have date formats that are non-standard, or field names that need translating. Nothing structural, but we need to clean it up so the brain understands it correctly.
- Mads Mortensen NoneHow long does that take?
- Callie Brennan NoneA day or two. I'll send you the mapping document, you review it, and we'll have a chat about anything that doesn't look right. Then we fix those and we're ready to test.
- Mads Mortensen NoneWhat does the test phase look like?
- Callie Brennan NoneI do a small data pull from each system, just to make sure everything's connecting correctly. Check that the data's coming through as expected, all the fields are there. Then I fix any issues and we're ready for the full live refresh.
- Mads Mortensen NoneAnd after that?
- Callie Brennan NoneFull refresh, which pulls everything. Could take a few hours depending on your data volume. Once that completes, I'll send the setup note: all the details your team needs to start using the brain. And you're live.
- Mads Mortensen NoneOkay. Should I brief the team on how to use it?
- Callie Brennan NoneDaniel will handle that. He'll do a training call with your support team once you're live. For now, just make sure everyone knows it's coming and they should look out for the setup note.
- Mads Mortensen NoneGood. Anything else you need from me?
- Callie Brennan NoneJust chase up that usage system access and we're on track. I'll ping you as soon as I have the mapping document ready.
- Mads Mortensen NoneWill do.
