What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Demo for Fairhallow Travel. Becky Lawton is keen on a per-client dashboard for account reviews. Leanne Moss would administer it and worries about who builds dashboards. Simon signs and still has to be brought in. Proposal due this week.
What happened: Hannah Lowe showed the admin view, the dashboards builder and the connectors to Becky Lawton and Leanne Moss. Becky wants a per-client view her account managers can take into reviews.
Customer view: Becky loved the client filter. Leanne, the likely admin, asked who builds the dashboards and said the review notes are saved all over the place.
Commercial: The four connectors named sit within the Growth limit of eight, and the dashboards builder is a Growth feature. Tom Ashdown owes a proposal this week, and Becky says Simon signs everything and will want to know who will use it.
Watch: Leanne's workload and the scattered review notes could slow adoption. She promised a list of where notes live by Friday, and the evidence does not show whether it arrived.

Follow-up
Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Tom Ashdown sends the proposal this week and sets a short call to go through it.
- Leanne Moss lists where review notes actually live by Friday so Hannah Lowe can plan the connectors.
- Hannah Lowe sends the diagram and the note on permissions.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- Leanne Moss would carry the dashboard build and admin work and has said that would be a different conversation.
- Review notes are saved in scattered places, so the shared drive connector needs mapping before it is useful.
- Simon, who signs everything, has not been on a call and will ask who will use it.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- A per-client dashboard for account reviews fits the Growth tier and the dashboards builder.
- Four connectors named leave headroom within the Growth limit of eight.
Transcript
- Hannah Lowe NoneHello, can you hear me? I think Tom is a minute or two behind.
- Becky Lawton NoneWe can hear you fine. Leanne's here too. Honestly, I've spent the weekend telling everyone about the client page thing.
- Leanne Moss NoneShe has. Several times.
- Tom Ashdown NoneMorning, sorry, sorry, the train had other ideas. Have I missed anything?
- Hannah Lowe NoneOnly the pleasantries. Today I want to cover three things: the dashboards builder, the admin side for Leanne, and the connectors. Is there anything more pressing?
- Leanne Moss NoneAdmin first, if that's alright. I've got a list of questions from our IT team.
- Hannah Lowe NoneOf course. Let me share. This is the admin view. Users are invited here, and each person gets a role. You can decide who can see which sources.
- Leanne Moss NoneSo if someone in finance shouldn't see account review notes, they don't.
- Hannah Lowe NoneCorrect. The short answer is yes, the longer answer is that it's controlled by the permissions on the source and the role. I'll put the detail in writing, with a diagram.
- Leanne Moss NoneAnd if a connector breaks? Who finds out?
- Hannah Lowe NoneYou'd see it on the connector page here, the last load and whether it worked. And we watch it too. If the helpdesk changes how it exports, for example, that's usually what causes it.
- Tom Ashdown NoneWhich is why we like the admin to be someone who knows the systems, Leanne. You'd be the first to spot a change.
- Leanne Moss NoneI'm usually the one who makes it, to be fair.
- Becky Lawton NoneShe is. Can we do dashboards now? My team needs this before the review.
- Hannah Lowe NoneYes. Right, this is the dashboards builder. I've started one for a client review: bookings across the year, tickets by month, and the open actions from the last review.
- Becky Lawton NoneLove that. Can we see it by client? Can I pick the client at the top and the whole thing changes?
- Hannah Lowe NoneYes, there's a filter. Let me add one. Give me a moment, I'll drag that across.
- Becky Lawton NoneThat's it. That's what my account managers would print out and take into the room.
- Tom Ashdown NoneAnd that's something your team builds themselves. It's not a job for us each time.
- Leanne Moss NoneWho builds them, though? Because if it falls on me, that's a different conversation.
- Hannah Lowe NoneAnyone with the right role. I'd suggest you build the first template, then the account managers copy it. To be precise, it's drag and drop, not code.
- Becky Lawton NoneLeanne, that's you, sorry. But I'll help.
- Leanne Moss NoneMm. I'll hold you to that.
- Hannah Lowe NoneNow the connectors. For what you've described, I'd expect the booking system, the helpdesk, your CRM, and the shared drive where the review notes sit. That's four, and there's headroom on the plan Tom's described.
- Leanne Moss NoneThe review notes are a bit of a mess, I should say. People save them wherever.
- Hannah Lowe NoneThat's useful to know and it's very normal. We'd map the folders you tell us about, and I'd rather agree that list with you than guess.
- Tom Ashdown NoneCan I make a suggestion? Leanne, could you jot down where the notes actually live? Even a rough list. Hannah can use that for the plan.
- Leanne Moss NoneI can do that by Friday.
- Becky Lawton NoneCan I ask something that's a bit different? How long from saying yes to having this in front of my team?
- Tom Ashdown NoneI'll confirm the exact timeline in the proposal so I'm not quoting from memory, but it's weeks, not months. Hannah?
- Hannah Lowe NoneMost of it depends on how quickly we get access to the sources. The first refresh is quick once we have it. I'll put a plan in writing.
- Tom Ashdown NoneRight, so next step is a proposal. Becky, I'll send it this week, and we'll do a short call to go through it.
- Becky Lawton NonePerfect. I'll need to get Simon on it eventually. He signs everything and he'll want to know who's going to use it.
- Tom Ashdown NoneThat's fair, no drama. We'll make sure the proposal answers that.
- Hannah Lowe NoneThanks, everyone. I'll send the diagram and the note on permissions.
- Becky Lawton NoneThanks all. Bye for now.
