What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Hannah Lowe demoed the brain on sample data to Hugh Firth, Jess Dobson and Dan Dyson. Jess said it replaces manual cross-referencing, Dan asked about sales use, and Hugh was ready for next steps.
What happened: Hannah Lowe walked Hugh Firth, Jess Dobson and Dan Dyson through the chat interface and pages on sample data. Tom Ashdown agreed to send a proposal with pricing and timeline.
Customer view: Jess said the team pulls ticket and usage data from two systems by hand today. Hugh said the demo looked really good and moved to next steps.
Commercial: Dan asked whether the sales team could use it, and Jess raised adding a finance system. Both point beyond one team on Starter, with its four connectors.
Watch: this was sample data, not the customer's own. No finance attendee was on this call, so the price discussion has not been repeated with them.

Next steps
Current to 9 Oct 26- Tom Ashdown to send the proposal with pricing and timeline within days.
- Tom Ashdown to arrange a follow-up call once Hugh Firth has reviewed the proposal.
Risks
Current to 9 Oct 26- The demo used sample data rather than the customer's own data, so the value on real tickets is still unproven.
- No finance attendee was on this call, so budget sign-off has not been confirmed here.
Opportunities
Current to 9 Oct 26- Dan Dyson's sales team could use the brain for churn-risk and upgrade views, which points toward Growth rather than Starter.
- Jess Dobson's finance system connector would be a further connector beyond the first Zendesk and usage sources.

- Hannah Lowe NoneGood morning everyone. I'm Hannah, I'm the Solutions Engineer. Tom's going to be with us but I'll walk you through the demo. I've set up some sample data that's similar to what you'd have at Vantrell. It's got customer data, support tickets, usage logs. So you can see how the brain would work in practice.
- Hugh Firth NoneGreat. So you're showing us on our actual data or sample?
- Hannah Lowe NoneSample today. If you decide to move forward, we'll do the real setup on your actual Zendesk and usage systems. So let me share my screen. You're looking at the brain now. This is the chat interface. I'm going to ask it something like, 'Show me all critical support tickets from the last month and the usage of those customers over ninety days.' So you can see the correlation.
- Hannah Lowe NoneHere's the result. Eight critical tickets. The customer names, ticket IDs, resolution time, and then the usage data. So you can see this customer here, they've had very low usage and they've got a critical ticket. That's a red flag, right? They're unhappy and they're not using the product.
- Jess Dobson NoneThat's exactly what we need. Right now we're pulling this data from two systems manually and cross-referencing it.
- Hannah Lowe NoneSo with the brain, you just ask. And you can refine the question. You could ask to see only customers who are in a particular plan, or who signed up in a particular month, or who are based in a specific region. You could ask to see the support team lead's name as well, so you know who to loop in. Lots of options.
- Dan Dyson NoneCan my sales team use this too?
- Hannah Lowe NoneAbsolutely. You could ask the brain, 'Show me all customers with zero usage in the last three months.' That's churn risk. You could use that for re-engagement campaigns. Or you could ask, 'Show me high-usage customers on the Starter plan,' which is upgrade opportunity.
- Dan Dyson NoneThat's brilliant.
- Hannah Lowe NoneYou can also build pages, which are saved dashboards. So you could have a page that updates every night showing your churn-risk customers. Or a page showing your support load over time. Those are things your team would look at regularly, so you can build them once and use them all the time.
- Hugh Firth NoneAnd this is all happening inside our Snowflake?
- Hannah Lowe NoneYes. To be precise, we load your data from Zendesk and your product usage system into tables in your Snowflake. The brain queries those tables. Your data never leaves your environment. You can see exactly what we've loaded and you're in control of the credentials.
- Jess Dobson NoneWhat if we want to add more data sources later? Like, we've got a finance system, we might want to see customer data by revenue.
- Hannah Lowe NoneEasy. You're on Starter, which gives you four connectors initially. You've got room to add more. When you're ready, we just add another connector and it gets refreshed every night along with the others.
- Tom Ashdown NoneAnd Hannah's the person who sets that up on our side. But Jess, you'd be the admin on your side managing who has access to the brain, checking that the data is loading properly, that sort of thing.
- Jess Dobson NoneThat's good. I can handle that.
- Hannah Lowe NoneIs there anything else you'd like me to walk through?
- Hugh Firth NoneThis looks really good. I think we're ready to talk about next steps.
- Tom Ashdown NonePerfect. So I'll put together a proposal with pricing and timeline. We'd be looking at a four-week implementation, probably starting early May if you sign off on the terms. I'll get that over to you in the next few days, and we can have another call once you've had a look.
- Jess Dobson NoneSounds good. Thanks, Hannah.
