What happened: Tobias Renwick, B-Brain's CTO, showed tenant search and natural language questions. A query for repairs open over 60 days returned six tenants, and Natasha Pryor said it would flag risk straight away.
Customer view: Ravi Riley said nightly refresh is fine, as the team is not looking for tick-by-tick updates. Yasmin Openshaw found the repair status view useful.
Commercial: Tom Ashdown proposed the Growth tier with about 20 users, three connectors and go-live in eight weeks. Natasha agreed to receive the proposal.
Watch: The evidence does not show a price quoted on this call, or who signs.
