What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Natasha Pryor and Luke Kitching described tenant data split across Salesforce, Zendesk and Xero. Tom Ashdown positioned the Growth tier for about 20 users and agreed a demo on their own data early the following week.
What happened: Tom Ashdown ran discovery with Natasha Pryor and Luke Kitching. Natasha described jumping between a CRM, a helpdesk and a rent arrears system to answer a single tenant question.
Customer view: Luke said tracing arrears back to a tenant's record is slow and error-prone. Natasha said a single search across all three would save hours a week.
Commercial: Tom pointed to the Growth tier for about 20 users across housing, finance and admin. Salesforce, Zendesk and Xero are all connectors BB-Demo handles.
Watch: No price was discussed and the evidence does not show who signs. Luke, as Finance Director, will likely matter at order stage.

Transcript
- Tom Ashdown NoneHi Natasha, hi Luke, thanks for making the time. How's your week been?
- Natasha Pryor NoneBusy but good. You?
- Tom Ashdown NoneNo drama. So Natasha, you mentioned you're trying to join up tenant data from a few different places. Tell me about that.
- Natasha Pryor NoneYeah. We've got a CRM with tenant contact info, a helpdesk with repair tickets, and then a separate system for rent arrears. When I need to answer a question about a tenant, do they owe us rent, what repairs have they reported, I'm jumping between three systems.
- Tom Ashdown NoneThat sounds painful. Luke, from a finance side, does that create headaches for you?
- Luke Kitching NoneIt does, actually. We're always trying to trace arrears back to a tenant's record. And if there's a problem, someone claiming they paid something, we have to manually pull records from different places. It's slow and error-prone.
- Tom Ashdown NoneRight. So what if you could search across all three systems at once? Tenant name, you get their contact record, their open repairs, their rent status, all in one place.
- Natasha Pryor NoneThat would save us hours a week. What are we talking about technically?
- Tom Ashdown NoneWe call it the brain. It sits in your Snowflake account: your own data, your own security: and it pulls from your CRM, your helpdesk, your accounting system, anything you want. You search or ask a question and it joins the data up for you.
- Natasha Pryor NoneAnd it's hosted by you or by us?
- Tom Ashdown NoneYou. It runs in your Snowflake. We build it, we maintain it, but it's your infrastructure, your data never leaves.
- Luke Kitching NoneThat's good from a compliance angle. What systems do you connect to?
- Tom Ashdown NoneSalesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Xero, most of the common ones. What are you running?
- Natasha Pryor NoneWe're on Salesforce for the CRM and Zendesk for the helpdesk. The rent arrears is in Xero.
- Tom Ashdown NonePerfect. All three we handle. How many people would be using something like this?
- Natasha Pryor NoneMaybe 20 across different teams. Housing officers, finance, someone in admin.
- Tom Ashdown NoneThat probably sits in our Growth tier. More capacity, more features than Starter. I'd like to do a demo on your actual data so you can see how it works for your use case. Would next week suit you?
- Natasha Pryor NoneYeah, early next week would be good.
- Tom Ashdown NoneBrilliant. I'll send a calendar invite. Cheers, both.
