Harry Kitching asked how to set up initial connectors after creating admin accounts. Olivia Grant recommended starting with CRM, then support tickets and call data, with CSM support.

Problem: Harry Kitching needed guidance on the order and approach to setting up connectors for a newly onboarded customer. Handling: Olivia Grant provided standard onboarding recommendations (CRM first, then support tickets, then calls) and pointed to CSM support for detailed walkthrough. Watch: This is the first of seven tickets from Fulford Ings Software, beginning with onboarding activities that indicate active engagement.

Hi, we're just getting started with the brain. I've created a few admin accounts for our team but I'm not sure about the best way to set up the initial connectors. Do you have any guidance on getting the right data sources connected?

Hi Harry, great to have you on board. There's no one-size-fits-all order, but generally we recommend starting with your CRM for customer context, then support tickets, then call data if you have it. Your CSM can walk through this with you. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers, Olivia
