She's got a list of placements she wants to show to a client and it would be easier if she could grab them all at once rather than copying them one by one. Is that something we can do? Once you've got the results you want showing, there's an export button at the top right of the page. Click it and you can choose to download as CSV or Excel. The export will include all the columns visible in the search results. Cheers, Olivia

- Public reply · Olivia Grant 10 Apr 2026 15:18Good question. The export includes all the columns from the fields your brain is connected to. So if you've got CRM data, call notes, and invoices, all of that comes through in the export. It's not just what's visible on the screen. You can also choose which columns to include if you want to slim it down before you export. Let me know if that's what you needed. Thanks, Olivia
