As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Pellegrin Hart reports search results taking 30+ seconds for simple employer name queries weeks after onboarding. Blocking client service team workflow. First response 64 minutes. Diagnostic triage only; resolution not visible in thread.
Problem: Search for employer clients returning results in over 30 seconds. Simple name-based searches taking too long. Blocking client service team workflow.
Handling: Olivia asked diagnostic questions to narrow scope: record count, whether all searches slow or employer-specific, and whether issue occurs in web interface or chat. Ticket shows diagnostic triage only; no resolution visible in available comments.
Watch: Early post-onboarding performance issues damage adoption and value perception. This customer onboarded weeks prior; slow search may indicate configuration problem or scale issue.

- created · Monica Starling 16 Jul 2026 09:42When I search for an employer client in the brain, results take more than thirty seconds to come back. The search is simple, just the employer name. This is slowing down our client service team. We only onboarded a few weeks ago, so I'm not sure if something is misconfigured. Can you help?
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 16 Jul 2026 10:46Hi Monica, thanks for flagging this. A few quick things to check: can you confirm how many records are currently indexed in your brain? And are all searches slow, or mainly when you search for employer clients? Finally, are you seeing this from the web interface or chat search? Let me know and I can dig further. Olivia
