As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sunil found active projects added to the finance system a couple of weeks prior not appearing in the brain. Kate identified a timing conflict in the connector during the sync window when projects were added and ran a manual sync to backfill the records.
Problem: Several new active projects in the finance system were missing from the brain, blocking team visibility of new client work. Handling: Kate checked the logs and found the connector had missed them during that sync window due to a timing conflict. She ran a manual sync to catch them up. Watch: Timing conflicts in high-volume syncs can leave data gaps undetected.

The data should be loading through the connector but it's not coming through. I need these records in the brain so the teams can see the complete client picture. Can you investigate what's happened with the sync?
- Public reply · Kate Ormerod 21 Apr 2026 17:42Thanks for reporting this, Sunil. Just so I understand: you're seeing active projects in your finance system that aren't appearing in the brain? When were they created, and how many are missing? I'll check the connector logs.
- Public reply · Sunil Kapoor 23 Apr 2026 11:54They were added to the finance system a couple of weeks ago. They're active projects for new clients we're tracking. I can see them in the accounting records but not in the brain.
- Public reply · Kate Ormerod 27 Apr 2026 16:43I found the issue in the logs. The connector was running when these projects were added, but it missed them during that sync window due to a timing conflict. I've run a manual sync to catch them up. Can you refresh in the brain and let me know if they're showing now?
