Are you seeing that specifically in the projects connector, or across all the data in the brain?
- Public reply · Kate Ormerod 30 Jan 2026 11:50I've checked the logs and the nightly refresh ran at 06:47 this morning, that's on time. But I can see the projects connector stopped loading new records at around 22:00 yesterday. I'll run a manual sync now and we should see the overnight changes come through.
- Internal note · Kate Ormerod 30 Jan 2026 13:40Manual sync triggered at 13:35. Projects connector was stuck after a schema change on the source system, rows inserted yesterday weren't being picked up. Refresh cycle restarted and data flowing again. Customer to confirm it's working.
