What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Jamal Edwards reported that the Salesforce connector stopped pulling data, blocking project tracking. Olivia Grant identified a permissions issue and advised the customer to re-authenticate the connector.
Problem: Salesforce connector halted after two days with no data flow, affecting project and client pipeline visibility. Handling: Olivia identified a permissions or API settings change in the customer's Salesforce account and advised re-authentication via the brain's connectors panel, resolved within 10 days. Watch: Two different connectors (Xero and Salesforce) failing within days suggests possible system-wide auth issue or customer API rotation policy.

- created · Jamal Edwards 23 Apr 2025 12:25Our Salesforce connector has stopped pulling data. I checked the brain this morning and the latest records are from a couple of days ago, with nothing coming through since yesterday. We rely on this data for our project tracking and client pipelines so it's quite urgent. Can you check what's happening and get it back online ASAP?

It looks like it's a permissions issue: something may have changed with your Salesforce API settings or user permissions. The quickest way to fix this is usually to re-authenticate the connector. Can you go into the brain's connectors settings and try refreshing the Salesforce auth? That should give us a clearer error message if it doesn't work. Let me know what happens and we'll take it from there. Cheers, Olivia
