- created · Gemma Thorne 16 Feb 2026 13:06Hi, We've got a new account manager joining the corporate accounts team next week, her name's Emma Harris and her email is emma.harris@carnmoorfleet.example. She'll be working with our major corporate clients, same as the other managers on the team, so she needs access to the brain straight away. She'll want to review their fleet information and history before she meets with them. Can we get her set up as a user on the Growth account? What do I need to do on our end? Thanks, Gemma
- Public reply · Kate Ormerod 16 Feb 2026 13:59Hi Gemma, Perfect, I can add Emma as a new user on the Growth account, no problem. She'll be able to log in within the hour and see all the corporate fleet data, queries and invoices across the board. She'll also have access to the dashboards once you've got them set up. One thing to note: she'll initially be able to see all clients and queries across the whole account, so if you need her view restricted to certain clients, let me know and I can add a filter for her. Otherwise she's all set to go. Cheers, Kate
