Scott Galbraith asked how to filter search results by date range. Bethan Lister confirmed the dropdown was the right approach and walked him through the steps to apply filters.

Problem: Scott needed guidance on using the filter feature in search to narrow results by date.

Handling: Bethan Lister provided step-by-step guidance: click the dropdown, select the date range, apply the filter. Scott found the dropdown himself before asking, showing he was exploring the UI.

Outcome: Solved 21 May 2024. This is adoption and training support. The customer is actively using search and filtering features.

Actually, I found what looks like a dropdown menu. Is that the right thing to use?

Hi, I'm trying to narrow my search results by date in the brain but can't find where this option is in the interface. Could you walk me through it?

Hi Scott, just so I've got this right, you want to filter results by a specific date range? Yes, the dropdown is the right place. Click it, select your range, then apply the filter. Can you try that and tell me what you see? Thanks, Bethan

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
