As at Fri 9 Oct 2026

Kenny Lockhart reported CSV export consistently missing the last column of data. Specifically, the Notes field is being cut off in every export attempt.

Problem: Export to CSV function is truncating the final column. Kenny identified the Notes field as the affected column.

Handling: Callie Brennan responded and asked clarifying questions about which columns were affected and requested Kenny reproduce the issue to help debug.

Outcome: Solved 12 Mar 2024. This is a product bug affecting the export feature. It impacts reporting workflows but does not block core brain functionality.

Hi, when I try to export results from a query to CSV, the file downloads but it's missing the last column of data every time. It's not a huge issue but it's been happening consistently. Could you look into it?

Hi Kenny, thanks for reporting this. Just so I've got this right - when you export to CSV, the last column is truncated or completely missing? Which columns are affected? I'd like to reproduce it on my end so I can see what's happening. Thanks, Callie

It's the Notes field that's being cut off. Happens with every export I've tried.
